    So i'm on day 4 of strict Carnivore and the intensity of the die off = detox = deuterium depletion has been steadily getting more and more intense.

    This is normally when I say "Fuck This I'm out".... but I remember people saying that this is normal. I also have started to think the Diarrhoea that Jack said is normal and desired from the EPCOTx protocol for 4-6 weeks is actually to "clear the Gut out". Well, perhaps that is actually a way of us clearing Deuterium from out Gut, and that the amount of D2O in the Gut is going to influence the amount of time we need to clear.

    My Chicago chica has also ridded herself of Mycotoxins/ Mold and other ills from doing a Juice Cleanse and it actually worked. Her Whole body came out in Acne on her back and face, and she shat her brains out. But now she feels great. She just used Celery Juice, tonnes of it, nothing else for about a month.

    Wouldn't that be a really Deuterium Depleting mechanism?... Is this how all these Detoxes and Cleanes work? They just deplete Deuterium from your Gut by making you shit your brains out LOL. People swear by them, and use them, that means they do work to a degree - that means we have Data from the Field that those things work.

    It's our Job as Mitochondriacs to make sense of those observations.

    Of course, my chicago chica here seems to not be able to move off a low dose of that celery juice and just fruit. It's clearly not sustainable - that's where Mitochondriacs come in.

    So this is what I'm doing as of the last 4 days and the results of it and the remedies that seem to be helping me alleviate the symptoms I'm getting.

    All i'm eating is:
    - Local Fish (rubia, robalo, dorado), Pork, tinned Sardines
    - Ghee and Coconut Oil
    - Sea Salt
    - Black pepper
    - some Cumin

    - I'm shitting my brains out lol.
    - My Gut is bubbling and having litle gas explosions inside
    - Feeling very lethargic and tired
    - Mentally I feel Low, unmotivated and slightly depressed (very Estrogenic)

    Remedies for those Symptoms/ Results:

    1. Young Living Essential Oils of Melrose (mix of Tea Tree, Rosemary, Clove) and Peppermint Oil... 1-2 drops of each (potent) swished around mouth then swallowed

    • This really helps with the Low Mood and the Estrogen
    2. Coloidal Silver (20-30ml or a mouthful x 3 daily)
    • Seems to encourage more visits to the bathroom but also really calms the Gut/ die off as it kills so many nasty bugs and as we know from The Body Electric from Dr Becker.. Silver is amazing at growing good bacteria and providing Redox/ charge to our cells whilst preventing nasty bugs/ yeast from growing. It's able to distinguish between the two, or perhaps it provides the right environment. Or perhaps it Deuterium depletes.
    3. Activated Charcoal (1 tsp x 6 per day)
    • Absolutely essential - helps with EVERYTHING. Obviously previous posts have highlighted why it works so well (Deuterium).
    4. Green Tea (2 cups per day)
    • Studies have shown that it reduced Aflatoxins (Mold Toxins) in the serum by an average of 43% from the equivalent of 2 large cups per day after 3 months in Mold toxic patients. That's staggering. Also think it may Deplete Deuterium as it activates Fat Burning via Catechins (EGCs) which would produce metabolic water.

    So after a day of Fasting from Breakfast and then just a tin of Sardines and Coconut oil for dinner, I had some really bad cramping in my Gut while sitting in the Sun skyping my friend (wired internet, no wifi).

    I actually had to go down off the roof and get some cold water. I drank it - and it got worse. It buckled my knees and I started to keel over.

    Not had cramping like this in years. My initial diagnosis of Crohn's was preceded by similar cramping - so naturally it makes me think I'm inflamed.

    So I took some Magnesium Citrate in Water as a laxative and that just made me have diarrhea and now I've relieved of the cramping. Phew!

    Will keep updating as I go...... Perhaps I'm really killing off some Yeast here and getting bad die-off.... or depleting Deuterium = inflammation as it's recirculated?

    Ok so the Diarrhoea seems to have curtailed a little this afternoon... although this morning was just insane. Probably about 10x on the bathroom LOL

    Eaten nothing but Fish, Pork, Coconut Oil and Salt, Pepper and Cumin the last 4 days.

    I have taken Mag Citrate, Charcoal, Coloidal Silver, Oregano Oil and a few other essential oils (ppmint, rosemary, tea tree) internally but that's it!

    I have noticed some profound changes in the last 24 hours:
    - More confidence and feeling "settled" within
    - Way more interested in Music. Today I've listened to more Music than I have in probably 6 months, notably:
    • Oasis
    • David Bowie
    • Pearl Jam
    and the key is that I'm "feeling" the music again. I'm getting the goosebumps and I can FEEL the vibrations and the rhythm​
    - My Sense of smell has improved massively
    - My bloating has disappeared
    - I've been able to research and learn new information easily........ learning about Liquidity Pools in Crypto which I've spent a month looking at just with a confused foggy brain... today I watched 2 videos and GOT IT.
    - Got all my work done really fast and easy today
    - Feel like I have naturally slowed down my feelings towards this new girl. It was snowballing. But now I feel like Time is on our side and there's no rush.

    That perception of Time in the context of building a relationship is really important. I think that's a reflection of my Dopamine level. If my body is perceiving more time, then my Brain doesn't feel the need to pursue a Mate so frantically, right?

    Something I've really been poor at doing previously.

    I feel as though this Carnivore detox wouldn't be possible without all those key additions (Silver, Charcoal etc.).

    Definitely feel as though I'm "Depleting Deuterium" right now.

    The 4-6 weeks of Diarrhoea mentioned in the EPCOTx makes a tonne of sense now. Also made sense why Jack said he would "flush out with diarhhea for 3-4 days after Travelling to a different timezone using Mg Citrate and Coconut Oil with Resveratrol and Curcumin" back when he was healing his Gut flora.

    I'm looking at every protocol in light of Deuterium now. As I think in this manner, I feel my Gut cells get excited. Like as if they are cheering this message. It's a similar feeling I get when I watch any of Jack's work... it's like a wave of Happiness through my Gut.... it's like as if my Mitochondria can hear that information and are saying YESSSSS !!! YESSSS !!!

    More Diarrhea.... non stop for the last 2 days as well it came back on again last night and this morning real bad.

    But my Skin is clearing and mentally I'm feeling REALLY GOOD. My energy too. Super happy and motivated today.

    Fructans also appear in grass (C3), with dietary implications for horses and other grazing animals. So believe it or not grass can cause cows a lot of fructan issues that mimic colic. Vets won’t like this truth bomb too.

The current post-Halving window is upon is now as BTC#18 laid out and represents a rare time to add high expectancy, low-downside Bitcoin exposure. That window will only be open for the next few months until the Sharpe ratio begins its cyclic fall. In this cycle, based upon the historical past of BTC, that fall will approximately happen August -November of 2021."

    That says everything I need to know about my Honey experiment then.... I wonder how Dr Paul Saladino will get on with his new Honey and Berries addition to his Carnivore diet long term. It didn't bode well for me after 3-4 days.

    Although, initially, I felt amazing.

    Still ongoing with the Diarhhoea it's now Day 8 but it has calmed down somewhat.

    Started drinking different Water yesterday and noticed some really aggressive Die-Off symptoms, irritability and depression.... they're called:
    - Agua De Piedra and
    - Casa Del Agua

    Both have a PH around 8.5 and from the Mountains. Likely somewhat Deuterium depleted.

    Both really high in Sulfates, Calcium and their Carbonated. Sulfates are really anti-fungal? Perhaps that. Or perhaps D2O depletion or both.

    Have you looked into mast cell activation? As stated in Neil Nathan’s book, people who are sensitive to the most innate substances like water are most likely to have this condition. Mast cell activation chapter of his book has some tips, though I know jack may disagree with the histamine standpoint as I know he feels histamine is a lack of red and purple light, plus too much nnEMF.

    I read his entire book and it was brilliant. I think he's (and others) found the main biochemical pathways that are occurring in patients with CIRS / Mold / Lyme and they've managed to really put the pieces of the puzzle together to understand why these people have normal Labs except for VEGF/ aMSH / Leptin etc.

    But, there are definitely big gaps in his understanding. That's where I'm trying to merge them together with Jack's work.

    My thinking lately is that I think the Mold issue is a Deuterium issue. I think they're coupled. I think depleting Deuterium depletes you of Mold, Yeast and Auto-immunity.

    Focusing on that as the narrative in my Head keeps me focused on Environment and Circadian Biology too. Which is fundamental.

    Focusing on Mold/ CIRS / Food means you focus on other things - and that's a risk for me. I noticed I started sliding on my Circadian Biology protocols and my EMF mitigation as I started to obsess over Chlorella and Foods.

    I've stopped drinking the Water and I'm still getting Diarhhoea and Die-Off. I think it's the sheer amount of Deuterium I'm pulling out by eating Carnivore and the Water really increased it because it's good Water. Probably Water we're supposed to be drinking, full of minerals. Unlike my RO water from Cristal that's just devoid of any life!

    WTF........ weirdest thing today.

    My Left Arm where I was vaccinated with Hep A, B, Typhoid, Tetanus etc. when I was going to Thailand and Vietnam back in 2014 has come out in a little rash today... Like 10 little pimple spots... It's also sore and sensitive....

    Some serious Detox going on right now!

    Carnivore is literally pulling everything out of me

    I'm about 3 weeks into Carnivore now.

    This past 7 days I've switched to completely Seafood Only style Carnivore. In the last 4 days I've added back in Turmeric and Cumin spices to my food. I've also added in new Water - Santa Maria Spring Water, instead of the cheap RO Cristal water they deliver here for cheap.

    So typically my meals are like Fried Shrimp or Salmon or Octopus in Ghee/ Coconut Oil with Turmeric/ Cumin/ Black Ppr and Sea Salt.

    It's like an Indian style Carnivore diet.

    Definitely feeling a lot better with the Turmeric added back in. I felt quite "drawn out" on the previous regime.

    My Diarrhea has slowed down to like 3x per day, from week 1 which was around 10-12x per day.

    I've also added in Cold Thermogenesis, 30 mins per day, in about 70 F water. My body temperature has immediately responded and I'm much warmer within just a few days.

    I'm feeling some serious levels of "peace". I've been socialising a lot with new people and things are going really well with this girl here.

    Loving life in Mexico.

    I'm going to draw some labs next week and see where I am because I think i've had massive gains recently.

    glad to see you are doing well. late response to meat/fat ratio 100gr/20to30gr nobody bothers they tend to buy fatty meat ad cook it in fat

    one loves roast beef cold and uses the slices of meat as bread and put masses of butter in it. i dont think i could be bothered measuring :)

    I hear you. I would only suggest that you roast beef and then let it cool to just Warm and then use it as bread to mop up the Beef Dripping in the pan ;) I used to eat that with bread as a kid but now I'd just drink it LOL

    I've actually cut down my Fat intake from 7-8 tbsp of Fat per meal down to probably 3-4 tbsp, maybe little less. Feeling much much Lighter and clearer and less inflamed!!

    This was a suggestion from my chica here who was shocked that I cooked Bacon and Pork in Ghee. Initially I batted her off and said "no you just don't get it, it depletes deuterium etc.", but once again it's best to keep an open mind because she was absolutely right.

    The first day I cut back on Fat I felt hungry and irritable, so I said she was wrong, but then by day 3 I've completely adjusted and feel soooo much better. Also stopped having so much diarrhea!

    The other thing she did was tell me stop eating Meat and start eating Seafood only. Because of how bad Meat is for us and all the Omega 6 it contains. Again I batted her off initially, but then I remembered Brain Gut 5 and was like shit maybe she's right.

    I tried it.... and yep, feeling amazing.

    I really don't feel great or optimal from eating Beef or Pork. I mean I CAN... but is it an A or A star? No, it's like a D grade.

    Unfortunately, the quality of Meat is so bad these days because they're all fed corn and anti-biotics.

    I even got hold of Grass Fed meat down here and it was still bad.

    I imagine this all might be confounded by the fact I have auto-immunity and need DHA and an omega 3 to 6 ratio of 1:1 to feel Optimal.

    So far this week I've been through:
    - 2 kilo's of Shrimp with heads/ shell.
    - 1.7 kilos of Salmon
    - 1 whole Tilapia
    - 2 kg of Octopus
    - 400g of Sardines

    All cooked in Turmeric and Cumin and Black Pepper and Ghee/ Coconut Oil.... fuck Carnivore if the spice isn't allowed, it's too good :love:

    Also noticed my need for Sun has dramatically reduced.

    And my appetite is coming down big time, today I was hardly even hungry at Breakfast.
