    Hello everyone,

I was curuous if individuals have

    ehs would seafoods like oysters,

    Canned sardines, and shrimp be

a problem with potential for heavy

metals in a wireless world that may

Act as an antennae for ehs

    individuals vs something that is

more plant based and focused on

    detoxing metals/toxins from the

    liver?

    Thank You appreciate it

What does everybody think of cheap tinned sardines and such?

High in omega and I would imagine a very good source of DHA, and very very cheap and 30p for us in the uk.

I’m really trying to increase my Doha in my one meal a day.
