    1. After buying my new small truck, I did some revamps to get it running in mint-condition now. No EMF. Seriously, I can ***FEEL*** the difference between this truck and my Mini-Cooper Clubman, which was clubbing me with EMF.
    2. I walked from the auto-shop mid-morning for 2 straight hours yesterday with the sun out in Seattle! Amazing timing.
    3. Meeting with the IT specialist at my son's school next week. Need to educate him. I'll post in Optimal Kids on this one.

You might try a 1/2 tsp of magnesium citrate - that totally halts my tinnitus - then it's back in the morning so what does that tell ya:) Your posts are brilliant BTW - you give me hope -

Sept. 24th, 2015 (The Waiting Game)

Terms of the day: Mini-EMFer & SHbrickTON. See below.

    1. Still waiting for my son's school to get back to me on the EMF and their WiFi Systems. I've only heard verbal confirmation at this point. What's nice is that I see the Principal every morning. She greets the parents/students as we go in, so I could form a good response to her to see where they are at with the issue. I thought I was waiting for their tech-specialist to have a conversation with me, but I haven't heard back from him yet.
    2. Still waiting at work for techs to investigate the sources of RF at my desk as to why I"m being hit with 10x the normal levels compared to everyone else around me. I'm suspecting now it's one employee with a cell that pulses a "SHbrickTON" amount of RF-EMF in this area. He's been gone a few days, so I suspect it may have to either do with his equipment at his desk or what he brings into work (cell, tablet or whatnot).
    3. Still waiting for my $$ check from my "mini-EMFer" trade-in. Should be here any day. What's kind of hilarious to me is that I have a more versitile vehicle that has very little EMF and they are giving me $$ for the trade.

Thanks! I try to be as 'matter-of-fact' and informative about my postings, and then add something to smile at or a bit of humor. I'm sure you've guessed by now that I can be a crazy-overboard-hyper-overfocused detailed in my mindset, but I can also pull back and be more big-picture when I want to be.

For the tinnitus, I can hear changes in the oscillations on pitch when certain EMF sources go up/down. I also notice that if I have a few wedges of 85% chocolate, the tinnitus subsides a bit too. Chocolate=my Mg source normally, but I also have Mag oil spray at home that I sometimes put on in the evening. Gotta be careful though with too much Mg because it can cause a bowel movement. Same thing happens with sulfates if I increase the onion too high. It's exactly why an Epsom salt bath is usually effective in that 'realm.'

Am thinking about scoring a cornet emf reader - for the wireless report - what are your thoughts on ease of use as it is single directional?

An ad was emailed to me today: https://my-digitallife.att.com/learn/shop

My answer: No thanks, I'm not interested in pulsing WiFi RF-EMF radiating every corner of my home. Ever think about hard-wiring your security systems? Also, if you hard-wired, it would be a SMART system because it would be kess prone to have saavy people tap into or block your WiFi connections.

The Cornet takes some getting used to..., but for ease of use, I'd give it around a 7 or 8 out of 10. You have to make sure you're not blocking the left-side of the meter with your hand at all when you're using it. Beyond that, generally pointing it in the direction of the internal antenna seems to work great for constant readings. I've found it's best not to hold it when taking measurements. Because the magnetic EMF is on the other side of the unit, it's a little harder to hold it for those readings compared to the RF readings. It has been harder for me to pinpoint actual RF-EMF sources with it in the office, but it's more of a function of the crazy reflection angles I have everywhere around my cubical.

Sept. 26, 2015. (Wow, just wow)

Gullible Person A says: "No matter how well or bad they design a car, it still has to pass FCC testing for electromagnetic fields."

Smart Person B replies: "Actually, no. Automobiles are different. Excerpt from CFR 47 Part 15: Section 15.103 Exempted devices. (a) A digital device utilized exclusively in any transportation vehicle including motor vehicles and aircraft."

Scompy says, "Trust the government much as you can throw it."

    <Opinions On>

I never rely on others, whether it be well-intended people or gov't policies, to tell me how to live. I never look the other way because someone told me "everything is OK Move along now." Instead, I am a truth-seeker. I do everything I can to take the real measurements to find the TRUTH. We're living around too many sheep... too many that lack info. Also, I think we're being too passive and too reliant as a people other others without having a skeptical, questioning attitude toward everything, as everyone has an agenda whether it is in our face or hidden. Read between the lines... hear the whispers out there! Case in point, just like in this article on VW: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/will-volkswagens-scandal-be-the-death-of-diesel-2015-09-24

News outlets are running with this story 24/7 now to bust VW for being dishonest about smog emissions. But that smells of a whole other stank to me. No one is talking about how dishonest the government is with smog emissions as a racket to extort extra money out of the common citizen. And the $64,000 question: "How is it that it took the EPA this long to realize their smog-meters were not working accurately?!" Crap, with thousands of cars being checked daily and millions of cars per year, they couldn't get ONE RELIABLE METER to know if a car was emitting too much or too little smog? That's the other half of the story that's not being told.

It's pretty obvious that sucking in diseal fumes is not gonna be for human-health, but ironically, VW saved their customers millions of dollars by cheating the EPA system. How could this freakin' happen? Because the gov't is far more concerned about making money off of you and me, which trumps checking out their equipment to see if it's actually working to spec. And the next question would be, "will the gov't and the EPA come down on VW drivers in coming years to pay more $$ at smogging stations to make up difference?" Probably yes in my opinion.

And here is the kicker and kind of a rant: The most unregulated diseal emissions are produced by ships first, and then major trucks coming to and from ports from those ships, factories and such for normal commerce. It's exactly why Long Beach, CA has the worst air quality in the nation--diseal ships coming from overseas and huge semi trucks picking up and hauling the goods. Everyone likes to overfocus on the little guy and the super fuel-efficient vehicles that runs on legumes and vegetables. There are forces that want to make people guilty for driving a car... they rely on people thinking the main problem is the volume of super-low emission cars, while at the same time turning a blind eye to a handful of huge vehicles that output crazy amounts of emissions. I wonder what the conversion rate of emission output of one huge cargo ship with newer cars. I'm thinking it could be 1:1000 or even higher. Now go get a smog check if you live in Taxifornia... I feel sorry for you.

Setp. 26th, Part 2 (Another Realization)
I grew up in the 1970s. I was one of the first to have a microwave oven, use CB radios in my car, compete in R/C Car events, use a hair-drier daily and the kicker: sleep on a waterbed from the age of 10 to the age of 22. It was around the age of 12-13 that my lean, slim body started piling on the excess fat. But I also will-powered my way through high-school playing varsity soccer and being extremely athletic to keep my excess fat at bay... until the beginning of college in the late 1980s.

It hit me this past week that my calcium efflux issues and EMF sensititivity issues began to manifest in my early 20s. I had already experienced many horrible migraines, but also had weird visual issues. By the age of 26, I realized something was really wrong after eating certain foods. At the age of 28, my blood vessels were bursting, especially the small capillaries in the back of the retina, causing blind spots. And by the age of 30 and some crazy heart palpitations, crazy heart racing and other issues, I can honestly say that I probably shouldn't be alive at the age of 45. I should have had cancer--in 2001 after a horrible double-lung pneumonia and weird lung issues, I actually thought I did have cancer for a good 2 months until results came back negative.

What I think is that I've will-powered myself to be alive, having done extreme things in my diet and lifestyle to get me back to a fairly healthy place. For instance, I prepped 9 months and ran a full-marathon in Oct. of 2002. I mentioned this before, but because I prepped running at the Rose Bowl (Pasadena) waking up with the sun and running for 2 hours every morning in the sunlight, I think I unknowingly cured my issues at that time. In 2005 after the marathon and gaining back every ounce of lost bodyfat from running and getting back up near 300 pounds again, I started doing the Seth Roberts oil-drinking and wondered why it was partially working. By 2010, I was doing intermittent fasting 19 hours a day on average for 3+ years thereafter. In 2012, I started eating a ketogenic diet fully. And now in 2015, I'm a lean, mean physical machine--physically strong at 165 pounds.

I found about 1/3rd of my answers in diet, mostly the eating ketotic part and far less with the I.F. I really do believe now the majority of my answer is the environment i live in, and directly with EMF first, lack of morning sun and absorbing way too much blue light in the evening. I can tell the world already in less than 5 months of implementing various protocols with mitigating EMF, preservation of melatonin and getting more morning sun that my calcium efflux will be kept a memory.

This all got me thinking about the EMFs I was in growing up and what changes those EMFs made to my DNA and my body over decades of exposure. The waterbed in particular may have been the biggest 'whammy' of them all. When the heater is set on them, they often give off 10 - 25 milliGauss of EMF on average depending on the thermostat setting. That's an extreme EMF to be in during sleep to boot. It was a very common ritual for my father to come into my rooms in the morning to wake me up becasue I couldn't get out of bed because I was so tired. I remember him tickling the bottom of my feet as a standard because I was so horribly groggy. Looking back on that time, I now realize it was not normal whatsoever. I often slept 10-11 hours to even feel refreshed. And to top it off, i remember some of the vacations I took or staying over at friend's houses, I'd wake up those mornings feeling really great and refreshed, and even to this day I could remember some of the dreams I had at those locations. But I cannot hardly remember any dreams from when I was in my own home sleeping in my waterbed for about 15 years. What's pretty amazing to me is that in the past 5 months, all of my dreams have returned to me again. Every night, I dream and the next day after waking up, I remember the dream. And now I can recall my dreams from the previous night also during the day! That seems kind of a minor thing in life, but it's exactly the evidence about melatonin destruction in my life and being subjected to EMFs unknowingly for so long.

Funny - I had a waterbed for 10 years - I used to toss and turn so much I wondered how anyone could sleep with me - but I was doing triathalons, was on 3 soccer teams, swam and ran 6 miles every day - to say I would drive people nuts with my energy is the understatement of the year:)

    But I did sleep...:)

Was always healthy, but ubiquitinating like crazy - I had zero dopamine - racing my motorcycle was such a thrill - I always tell my kids, no matter how screwed up your life is, you will never top your parents for insanity - like you, when I turn an number, I can't believe I got to live this long - truly, I too should have died for all the stupid idiotic decisions at speed that I made - my whole life was lead for the next thrill - just to feel *anything* -

I had a goiter from all the chlorine I would guess - so naturally, the doctors in all their idiocy put me on synthroid - truly, ridiculous - my doctor and I were laughing our asses off last time I saw her - there was no Hashis - just low iodine -

Now what are my choices - detox chlorine? That sounds rather painful - I still take showers and still get chlorine and chloramine too! There are no filters for that except vitamin c -

What saved me also was that I was always outside - Arizona had plenty of sunshine as did southern Cal - and I could handle the heat with aplomb - not so much anymore I'm afraid...

Even now, I am always outside - I hate being indoors and always have - come to my house and this is obvious...:)

I still remember that stainless steel hair dryer we had that weighed 5 pounds... we always just used a towel - not till I was 13 did my parents buy a hair dryer - and we lived back east - which is why I am nearsighted probably - my mother would always want to "keep us warm" - live and learn I guess"=_

Sorry about all the introspection - am drinking wine at the moment:) I had the most amazing blackened red snapper tonight - yum:)

smog = air pollution = lowered quantum yield = lowered solar power in all ranges = lowered UV exposure = Earth does not have its full spectrum of light = Tarp over a tree = trees dies no matter if it is waters and has access to CO2 and minerals = your modern world modeled.
