I have been here in the Tallahassee area for about a month .5 or so and the environment has seemed to serve me very well. There are things in my daily life that aren’t the best for me, but overall I am still seeing slow improvements.
I am currently working here as a painter (most of which are outdoor paint jobs, particularly on beach houses in quaint shoreside communities. So that is how I am making a living. It is not a long term plan, as there are a handful of things about this job that are inhibiting my healing (such as.. toxins, exposures to EMF from coworkers or from the few jobs that suck! Like downtown Tallahassee jobs , the grind of working a weekly day job and also living out of my car because well, I’m EHS, and other things) Overall I spend all of my downtime doing things right. I drive a little more than I wish to because of my lack of stability, but I sleep in the forest 95% of the time, I eat much better, and I avoid nnEMF as much as possible. I have had hiccups here and there, but I am doing well.

I would just like to shed light on one particular improvement that I have recently encountered.
Among all of my other issues (gut, brain, fatigue, etc) I struggled with sex organ issues as well (as expected) for years and I even had amenorrhea not of last year when I was very ill. Of course when I made changes, about 4 months in my periods came back and also so did my sex drive, but better than ever (still not the BEST). So that has been relatively the same for months fluctuating based on my autoimmune responses to foods and environmental factors. One thing that did not change and hasn’t since I can remember is terribly painful periods. Well, long story short, this period that I just experienced was different. I experienced minimal cramping (unheard of in my life) and was more sound minded than usual (as I tend to experience leaky brain symptoms the days prior to starting bleeding). This is obviously very new and very up in the air as to how it will play out this next cycle, but it is something I have Never experienced before and was wonderful news to me and reassuring of my improvement.

Just an update on this in regards to my menstrual cycle...
I have now started another period with, yet again, minimal to no cramping! What a celebration! My body is healing, my will is strengthening, my pleasure increasing. I am so very thrilled about the growth I have experienced in almost a year!

You do not have to buy there anything.
You may want to watch some of the videos there, may get some ideas after watching them.

I know of 3 girls to date, who suffered with really bad PMS/ Cramping or just altogether total absence of their cycles, who have moved from a Northern Latitude to the Tropics, and all 3 of them have remained on their shitty diets and minimal Light protocols, who have all regained their periods and have no cramping and had massive improvements.

You are now the 4th... and it's only Florida... speaks volumes about the Sun doesn't it. A small stimulus can lead to seismic changes!

Glad you're doing so well it's really good to hear, we were a little worried about you back there, but you are continue to fight and you are starting to get the rewards you deserve! Well done you!

So I am looking for some advice on a specific thing I have been dealing with recently. There have been a lot of factors in play over the past several months, but I am currently IM and eating pretty strict with seafood and occasionally steak or some animal organ meat. I eat first thing AM and then around 4. I’ve been tracking my blood ketones and blood glucose and so my readings before like last year and early this year I would get blood glucose in a fasted state first thing am of around low 70s and postprandial around 80 to 90. Recently I have been getting fasted blood glucose in the AM of around high 60s and postprandial in the low to mid 70s and then in my fasted state during the day (like today) about 7/8 hours after breakfast I will get blood glucose readings down to 60. I cannot find proper info as to whether this is actually a course for concern and what might be the cause.

Trust your body. It knows how to manage your blood sugar.
If it's stable at 60 and quickly goes back to 60 after eating, then maybe that is where the body prefers the glucose with the current diet/lifestyle.

I agree, thank you. I believe the bumps in the road that I’m running into probably not linked with that as I suspected.

Okay, I have a topic that I personally would like I hear people touch on. Redox potentials and sex. More specifically, The relationship and effects of sexual intercourse with a partner with low redox potential.
Sexual intercourse has been explained and understood as a sharing of light, so I believe that sexual intercourse can play a huge role in the progression or decline of one’s health, based on their sexual partner. I have heard it talked about how Influential the people you surround yourself with is on your health. we are products of our environment, so Sculpting your environment sculpts your Health.
So I would like to know different individual opinions on the topic (and personal experiences) of low redox potential in sexual partners and how it affects the person sexually involved with them.. ie. someone who Strives to constantly improving their redox potential sexually involved with a person who does not.

Jack did a sex webinar and then a follow up sex Q&A a few years ago....

There is also a couple of extensive threads on the forum about the importance of sex that Jack contributed a lot to.

Thank you. I recall the sex webinar. I have not heard it in a while. I’ll have to find that and give it another listen .

Check out "Carnivore yogi" on youtube, she's been using continuous blood glucose monitors for long periods while following high fat carnivore. Maybe you'll find some useful insight there.

So here’s an update because I would like to hear what people have to say.
I’m still in FL panhandle, specifically living in a house in Crawfordville FL. I’ve been living in this place since the end of November last year. Before I was all over the place high mobile staying out of my car and then due to AC issues I had went North for the summer and came back to FL in September. I recall I was not doing so well upon returning to FL due to nnEMF exposure of all kinds in the summer and other factors. So over the winter here I did not do well psychologically and physically in some ways with my gut. A lot of environmental factors made me unwell and set me back a lot, but I’ve spent the time to really try to remedy that as spring approached.
It has seemed I began to experience different symptoms related to Autoimmunity this year that I had not experienced before. A lot of which I’m really attributing to the nnEMF environment getting worst and my higher exposure to RF and more so Magnetic Fields because I began working delivery service out here after I stopped painting.

I’m not financially sound enough to invest in regular labs so I’ve never actually drawn these before, but they did a basic metabolic panel on me and one in particular that was really eye catching was my BUN/creatinine ratio.. I’ve heard 20 or more is high and I’ve heard jack say above 15 is high and 10 or less is optimal.. so this one is something to highly consider..
