Just got my melatonin tests back and I'm perplexed by the results. The results were:
    7-9AM 13.86 pg/ml
    3-5pm 8.66 pg/ml
    2:30-3:30AM 25.82 pg/ml

The first two results and especially the second one are above the reference range, What does this mean and more importantly what does one do about it? The attached report that came with the result mentions low body temperature as one cause, but mine is normal, and Season Affective Disorder which how much I enjoy winter is not likely either.
