do what you can.....I would point out that Drew lives on the top of Canada and it was not easy for him or his wife yet, he did this anyway and he learned something big.

If you settle for less you'll never know where optimal resides.

Choose wisely before you say you can't to something. It might be the biggest risk of your life.

Thanks sir. Cyprus is not bad at all, I just found it interesting when you were talking about latitude. Cyprus is at 35th

  3. I have been consciously getting more sunlight since 2013 when i retired and I could lounge around naked in my back yard at lattitude 35...i walked barefoot in the frost and sunbaked naked everyday for all winter and summer for 3 years...and I improved from how I was when I was working in an office during daylight hours 5 days a week... but since moving to latitude 24 and being at the beach everyday for 2-4hrs a day since January 2017 I can say I have noticed a HUGE difference. I am solar powered now and I feel it...I am feeling really good....this is due to the strength of the sun alone. I have been eli-paleo since before 2013 and paleo and keto before that for 10 yrs....I have a magnetico since 2015...I have been drinking italian spring water since 2014....I have been doing CT intermittently for 3 yrs....minimising EMFs and blue light for 3yrs....the difference I have noticed in me and my husband (56yrs) with sunlight at latitude 24 is HUGE. I plan on holidaying at latitude closer to the equator 2-4 times a year from our current location. I can not imagine trying to be a healthy human in canada unless you live practically naked in an igloo and eat seals.

If you have money then it is easy to move somewhere else for sure. But if you don't, you just respect what you have and try to be as healthy as you can until you find the chance. Unfortunately you need money in nowadays to do some stuff. Even the bank where I live doesn't give loan.

    Hi Walter,

Still summer here in the Netherlands but I am already preparing for autumn and winter.
Reading your post made me very curious what tools you have for those seasons in your quantum toolbox?

Yes luckily still summer here, we get UV until about mid October when the sunlight's angle starts to be too low. After that people start getting sick again with wherever their redox is the worst.

With the toolbox I referred to things I will use when UV disappears like: CT, Sperti UV lamp, infrared/red lights, Quantlet, more seafood and JK's survivor soup. And of course the normal things like sunrise, grounding, blocking blue light and limiting nnEMF.

    Hi Walter,

Thanks for the glimps in the toolbox!
What Sperti UV lamp are you refering to?
The Vit. D or the tanning lamp?

What infrared/ redlights to you use?
For the Quantlet I have to save some money.
I love the recepe for JK's survivor's soup. Haha love this name :)

    Hi Walter,

Maybe I can find the recipe in Jack's book?
I ordered it and it will be delivered today.
Looking forward reading it. I already have dusted my 'old school' English/ Dutch dictionary :)
No 'google translate' behind the computer for me. I am looking forward to this experience!

    I have this Sperti: https://www.sperti.com/product/fiji-sun-tanning-lamp
Always be careful of course when using UV lights, since it's not natural light, you can easily overdo it and get burned. Natural light is balanced, lamps are not.
The red lights I have come from: https://redlightman.com/ the Red-infrared combo and Red light device mini

The recipe for survivor soup is on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/posts/15707564 I'm not sure if it's also in the book, it might be.

    Hi Walter,

    Thanks for the info.
Great, because I have 'Red Light Man's Red Light device mini'' since 1,5 year and used it for skin problems, I never had before, but devoloped while doing the RCP by Morley Robbins. :(
How do you use this device?
When you write the Red Infrared combo, you mean the mini (I have this in the mini version also) or this one?

And @WalterNL why not a Sperti Vitamin D Sunlamp?

@Hilde The Red sperti has a wider frequency range that includes the range that the Vitamin D lamp has. @JanSz had a comparison of the frequencies somewhere and the Red sperti more closely follows the sun's UV output.

    I have these red lamps

During winter I use the lamps simultaneously (sperti + red lights) around noon for about 15min. Alternating between parts of the body, sometimes combine with CT (ice vest/helmet) or methylene blue spray on skin. It's better than nothing but can't beat the power of sunlight.

    Hi @WalterNL and @JanSz ,

Did you measure the EMF levels of these devices?
    I don't have a meter.

I haven't yet but I will check the lights with my Cornet as soon as possible.
