Great stuff you are digging up.

Consider attaching to your posts links to blood pressure reducing pills, or advice to look straight at the sun for x amount of time.

I'm sorry - what? Not sure I'm the expert on blood pressure or looking at the sun - every time I do it, I get a big black blob in my eyes - JK said look 10% away from the sun - I will give you a few interesting things for blood pressure - eat dandelion greens - any diuretic will do actually, but they have potassium to mitigate the loss of potassium when you pee... also, I wanted to tell you to procure the book Herbal Antibiotics by Steven Buhner - I am on artemissium annua drops 20 drops in 2oz of water, 3 times per day - there are so many anticancer herbs in that book, it will blow your mind - I have a fever that rolls on in every night - about 100 and then I take 20 drops of this stuff and it normalizes my temp - plus it stimulates sweating - you had mentioned some kind of mass that you are sporting right now - I think this might help you - I think we can all use more peace and less stress, so I have dialed down my sitting and my "fear porning" because I think it's killing me...

    That (mostly) was a joke.
My blood pressure is just right, if anything on the lower side.
Moment ago, measured when sitting. Sitting for almost an hour.
    115/71 pulse 80
    My pulse is too high.
In my good times it was below 60 or so. Now not so bad either, but pulse could/should be lower.

For many years, actually many decades, my potassium must have been very low.
    Started GERD. Inclined bed.
Latter found that Betaine HCL is helpfull.
How the f*ck I could even guess that my potassium was low when I tested million times potassium serum and it was always just right.
    @DrEttinger to the rescue.
    my potassium RBC barely there.
I am eating now potassium bicarbonate, dropped Betaine HCL, all seems ok.
I do have a cancer in the muscle in front my left thigh. I think it is in vastus medialis.
    Liposarcoma, slow growing.
Surgery 2005, 2020, doc says to make appointment for 2035 for the next cutting.
What do you know about getting rid of liposarcoma (or deal with it better than I do now, which is mostly ignoring it)
In the last powwow Jack just said what came to his mind

DMSO alleviates and reduces varicose veins, blood clots, cramps, keloids, and scars. We can also use it to mitigate bruising and headaches. Regarding its relationship with the immune system, researchers have observed the increase in the production of white blood cells and macrophages, the improvement of leaky gut syndrome and the slowing of cancer progression (Ayre, 1967).

DMSO alleviates and reduces varicose veins, blood clots, cramps, keloids, and scars.

Do not store DMSO in bottles with rubber drip tips. DMSO is a dissolvent, and the products derived from the reaction would contaminate the solution. • Do not use DMSO for enemas, which would reintroduce toxins into the system.

There's a couple of things on here that are extraordinary - one is Putin's speech at the bottom and the other is La Quinta Columna finds that when one uses ones cell phone and goes to a site they hate - like La Quinta Columna - they jack up the radiation on your phone...

Here's another fun one - a brit goes to Ukraine, Kiev and finds - normalcy -

Proper potassium level helps in raising gastric acid and therefore eliminates GERD.
I am taking a one teaspoon full once a day.
I do that mostly in the morning but doubt that make a big difference.

It looks like 2 or 3 teaspoons may be ok too, the more exercising or effort the more we should take.

Because I take potassium bicarbonate, I stopped using Betaine HCL with pepsin.

I remember you saying this awhile back. Pretty amazing!

Are you still taking it with the Baja Gold sea salt?
I was about to order some more and noticed that they raised their price 50%!
Still not a lot of money, but the idea of it.

Is there another good brand that you have found, or just sticking with Baja Gold?

    let me try that.
I have a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate in the morning.
After about 4-6 hours of sleep, leg cramps arrive.
To prevent most leg cramps, I use quinine.
Used to drink tonic water (for the quinine content), does not work anymore.
it would be easy to change my salt intake from morning to bedtime.

    Have to try that.
