I'm pretty busy, so don't always get a chance to eat food. Last night was an example of this situation, but it actually led me to a neat and delicious find.

First, I like this cream cheese dill pickle dip a lot, and it is very easy to make (I add in some jalapeno or cayenne pepper):

I had some of it left over from a previous burger night, and decided to try it with some Kerrygold Dubliner cheese and Costco Uncured Salami... holy crap it was like little appetizer 'sandwiches'! I would stack a couple pieces of salami so they overlapped a little, then put a slice of cheese on it, and some dip on top. Fold/roll the salami and break the cheese and you've made yourself a quick snack iwth a ton of flavor!
