    Hi All,

Other than capers being one of the highest level of Quercetin, what other foods. I know most vegetables are high. Is turmeric an anti histamine.

    Thank you

Onions and garlic also contain it.
Also any antioxidant should work as an antihistamine. Vitamin C works well

Hi, Billybats...Quercetin is the most widely occurring flavonoid in the plant kingdom, especially considering its many glycosidic forms (i.e., bound to sugars). This brief table gives you an idea of how much is in different foods. Capers are, indeed, high in quercetin. I think eating sufficient amounts of onions would be easier than eating the equivalent amounts of capers, though.
