I've been using the following for convenience in my bath:

I went on Ebay and got a cold water circulating machine (think igloo cooler with a water pump) and a 22 x 13 pad for 40 bucks used including shipping. Normally runs 150 -200 dollars new. It runs 40 degree water through the pad. I place it on my torso against my skin, underneath a compression shirt to hold it in place. Twice a day for 30-1 hr. works great!

www.lowbluelights.com for blue light blocking sunglasses and light bulbs. They've got excellent customer services. The night light I received was nonfunctional. They returned my email quickly and wound up sending me two replacements (as we weren't sure if the problem was the night light itself or the bulb).

  7. I use the ice vest and it works great for chilling. I wish it was a bit longer in the torso though.. have to add ice packs to fill in where it doesn't reach. It lasts at least an hour.

I got one too, from ebay, but the problem is my glass thermometer says the temp is 10C in the water and the gun says its 13.7C that's off the 50-55 F Dr K is looking for. Its says my skin is 15.7C i don't trust it. Only cost 15 pounds but still .

Has anyone found a sleep mask that is cool? The ones I have trap heat on my face.

This might be useful for spot icing - part of protocol after/during face dunks and before total ice baths.

This gizmo cost ca. $10 and is said to 'melt the fat through heat that your body generates' - ya' right!...

... I don't care about that - only that it was big enough and strong enough to hold two large flexible ice bags - one for belly and one for back and still let me move around during the day. I think it works well with tights or compression hose/spanks against the skin. I zipped the thing on- to the tightest I could get, (has lots of zippers and fits up to 50" waist) then needed help to slip the ice bags in - more laughter from my husband.

Don't know if this has been mentioned in the Monster thread or in the hundreds of comments after the various posts here on Jack's site, but I highly recommend this free software for those who need to work at computers after dark:

Thank you! I've been turning down my monitor and it helps some but my eyes still hurt a bit. This is GREAT! Don't know what it will do to my games though.

I don't' know why I didn't think of this! It's what my SIL used on her knees after she had them replaced! However, using "cold water circulating machine" brought up no results. What, exactly did you search for?
