In the PPP webinar you mentioned that the PPP was essentially non-existent in skeletal muscle. As such I've hit a dead end in my n=1 on cramping.

I fatigue and cramp horribly all over my body. Exercise makes it worse. The only thing that seems to fix this is really ramping up the carb intake. And good carbs like sweet potato aren't nearly as effective as refined carbs like white rice.

All the other mito tricks fail to fix this. I take D-Ribose, Mg Orotate, PQQ, etc. to no avail. So when I try to get low carb, I steadily slide into greater cramping and fatigue.

Previously I assumed that my problem was that I can't enter the PPP. But in light of your webinar, it seems that might not be the issue. Where else might look on this issue?
