    Someone who makes $$ selling omega3
    will love (untrue and vague) sentence as the underlined slipped in.
    How about making a blood test and checking what the wide population has.
    In actuality it (the population) does have an excess of DHA (which is omega3, that is the pet peeve of Patricia and ED Kane.
    Their patients show the opposite story.

    Patricia and ED Kane made their $$ on opposite story.

    Thanks for your efforts and valuable comments, so the language is hard to interpret for me, I'm not native English speaker, so clearly what's the next step for me? Sunlight,some vitamins which is I already do,sports,stress free life what else then?

    Recently @Jack Kruse mentioned Fake Science.
    Fake Science is produced for a variety of purposes.
    It is (obviously) done in the best way possible to keep the consumer in the dark (at the minimum) (or outright deceive consumers of it).
    How can we recognize Fake Science?

    I hold Jack in high regard but him pushing (natural) DHA and not much of even lip service to AA makes me wonder about his reasons.
    That especially when it synchronizes rather closely with selling fish oils.
    I am not eating even close of the seafood that I should but my DHA is too high and AA too low.
    And I know about it only after I started checking it using LabCorp and
    Fatty Acid Profile, Comprehensive (C8-C26), Serum
    I am not alone, most peoples (on this board) when they posted their DHA it was high.

    My previous tests at Genova Diagnostic were living me in the dark in that regard.
    Another way to oscure the real issue, is to look for some (stupid) indexes, (just to keep peoples busy).

    I am not persuaded that the pro-inflammatory inntate functions of our body such as neutrophils or eicosanoids are "bad".

  6. I'm sure you know blood flow is only one portion of erections. It is during blood constriction stimulated by Adrenaline and Testosterone in the muscle structures which support the penis along the pelvic floor that not only hold the blood in place but stimulate these muscles to tighten. When these two hormones are not functioning, it shows an indication of neuro damage.

  7. @JanSz - I do apologize, please do not feel my delay to your posts mean anything other than my own slowness. As with most people, my time is very limited.

    Response: I love Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase and Serrapeptidase.
    As described in your referenced article, these are excellent Proteolytic Enzymes.
    One of their functions is dissolving biofilms. My interest in them is in their ability to dissolve scar protein tissue throughout the body.
    We form scars not only over skin, but in every type of cell our body tries to repair. Whether it is connective material, organs, nerve, etc., all cells which proliferate by division have the potential to misfold during replication. This is not the only reason for scarring.
    However, the point is the transfer, flow, and discharge of electrical potential from cell to cell is hindered, handicapped, and in some situations - blocked by scar tissue. When this conduit is cut, rerouting may never occur. This maybe why body parts just eventually die, not just because of lack of blood flow.
    I believe these enzymes are very important in helping the body in the erosion of scar tissue, so that during "its replacement", we can grow better cells.
    I would love to see this conversation on these enzymes in "Aging is not a Disease".

    I have Primary hypogonadism since about 2000. Most of the time I supplement with testosterone.
    I do not know my adrenaline status.
    Most of the nights I have persistent erections.

  11. Since your DHA seems to be depressing your AA & GLA levels, and your diet of fatty pasture raised grazing animals and bone marrow does not seem to balance out these scales, I don’t think it would hurt to supplement.

    Damm I need to read this, sorry for not answering, super busy, I left the city cause mobility restrictions... thanks for sharing your thoughts. I will research those substances. But before buying any more supplements I really wanna get the basics super right first. I´m sleeping all days in as close to zero emf as you can get (no cell signal, brakers off, etc ...), grounded and even in a tent if weather allows. If not in an open porch. I feel I´m absolutely all in. I go 1 hour on a freaking hill and see sunrise, breakfast in the garden, beach swimming, etc.

    I feel my mood after several weeks living absolutely like a wild human is awesome, especially when I get the methylene blue, that shit is crazy (I need higher than I expected dose, 20-30mg/day or so to really feel it, but still
    experimenting . Erection quality may be a bit better but not that crazy better, it is a long process. Actually I noticed I tend to have some spontaneous and decent hards when I get in front of my new red light panel, not bad signal!! ;)

    1-Get my DEEP CT setup: cold water = better erections, it is the most evident and inmediate correlation I´ve made. All other things do help but more subly (probably more long term, and CT si kindda viagra or something lol). I don´t have bathtub in village and I miss it (beach is not that cold). A cousin is gonna give me and old one he has, and I wanna go freaking wild with the ice, I can´t wait...

    2- Mobility exercise and physical therapy, after years of crazy exercising , sport and bad postures I´ve had muscle problems, which I feel I´m solving... better "electron flow"?? I don´t know, but feels good and necessary

    I am fascinated by balding. Why does the body shed hairs in this fashion? Are they a sacrifice to provide function elsewhere? Is the body forced in to sheding? What does a hair do? What effect does cutting a hair have on it's ability to operate? What effect does treating a hair with soap have? In what ways does an in tact hair differ from an unconnected hair?

    Have a look at a hair through a compound microscope, they are visually wonderful.

    Congratulations
    Just a note on cold therapy -> your goal is to stimulate Leptin release. This hormone is cold sensitive. Your goal is 50 to 55 degrees F submersion up to your chin covering the back of your neck as well. If the water is moving, you get extra points; because it is continuously cooling all the "warm" parts; this includes your groan where large blood vessels go from your torso down into your legs, also your arm pits and the blood to your head. Spend at least 20 minutes minimum daily; you get more points for 50 minutes or more; at this point you hopefully will get a good chill/shiver going which could last an hour or more after the therapy session; this shiver is in itself therapeutic; it will send your heart-rate-variability into a strong parasympathetic zone <- This is healing.
