First of all, how is it even measured? I have only an old-fashioned thermometer. What time of the day do you measure?

Core temp is only taken in your esophagus, or anally. Neither is very convenient!

Your basal temp is good enough, taken under your tongue. It'll be a little lower than your core temp.

    My core temp is in between 98,6 - 99,5 F. Mostly 99,1 F.

It always was so high as long as I remember and I hate it cause I guess it makes me age faster. :(

I want it to get lower.. I do hope CT will do it eventually.:)

I am 35 and do have some wrinkles already. I am healthy though and normal weight so for that I am thankful.

My basal temperature has always hovered around the 36.5C/97.7F. If I take my temperature in the mornings before I get out of bed, then it will be around the 35.4C/95.7F mark.
