previous report is at post #113
    https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/pg-e2-ratio.6427/page-6#post-239774

    New metric added:
DFactor (Deuterium percent difference in breath to that of body fluid)
Cutoff values are: >7% Optimal, 7%-4.5% Suboptimal and <4.5% Poor.

This is effect of 180 days on DDW use.
It was DDW-105 (one part of DDW-25 plus two parts of plain water.

At this moment I am confused with DFactor, but it looks like mine sucks.

Also, my previous tests were done using breath and urine.
Previous tests asked for either or urine or saliva, I opted for urine.
    Current test requires saliva.
Also, previous urine test results are omitted in current report.
Not sure how all that affected overall assessment.

Now I am planning to change from DDW-105
to DDW-87.7ppm (one part of DDW-25 and one part of plain water)
Next test in 90 days or latter.

Overall, I sleep better, feel stronger, have much better control of my bladder.

    In 2008 I was 68yo.
In 2008 within 2 months my change in insulin happened due to drastic diet change.
    Note my
    fasting insulin=2
    note that
    fasting insulin=8 was too high
    note that
when doctor looks at fasting insulin 17 it is still ok.

    upload_2018-8-16_10-12-23.jpeg

    I was diabetic type #3
    my max insulin was 123

after two months my maximum insulin was 27
but doctor (if he would do the test at all) would tell you that you are ok up to 112.

[QU OTE="ScottishEmma, post: 220413, member: 20059"]Couldn't agree more! I was on the pill for 12 years - started for acne and it's definitely why I married the wrong man and was a bit "wayward" let's say.

I wince when my friends talk about their coil, even when they're quick to say it has no hormones. Just the thought of it!!

We use the Daysy which is a device which takes my temperature every morning and it works a dream. My husband loves it and I do too because now I can make use of NATURE'S anti-depressant (sperm).[/QUOTE]

Interesting. I would like to look further into this to supplement my lighting on super cloudy days in Knoxville which happen about 50 percent of the time in the winter.

Looks like they are out of the ones in your link. Would these work. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H2Y5U4...&pd_rd_r=f115da78-eff4-11e8-8581-ff357aa136b3

At 6AM for 2-3 minutes look directly at one Solar Glow 160W
to shut off pituitary hormone production
    edit 6/7/2017

So this shuts off the melatonin production or is it shutting off another hormone. My understanding is that dopamine is produced when the sun hits our eyes which ofcourse is a hormone too.

Time 66:0 If on hormonal birth control pills
and want to stop them for the purpose of getting the DUTCH test
you have to stop it for three cycles

Do not do DUTCH testing when breast feeding.
    Breast feeding raises prolactin.
    Prolactin changes hormone profile greatly.
Also can't do any corrections, because they go to breast milk.
