    Consider buying this three books.
    After you are familiar with them,
    consider opening new thread on dr Jack's forum

    oh boy. this thread just confused me even more. I thought my numbers were all normal but then looking at these charts I am not so certain... I suppose I'm not a visual person, because things like this often confuse me whereas "word problems" for example are not a big deal.

    On day 19 of my cycle my Estradiol was 140 pg/mL, my 17-OH Hydroxyprogesterone was 202 ng/dL, my LH was 10.0 mIU/mL, and my FSH was 6.7 mIU/mL. If anyone feels inclined to help me understand what that means, that'd be awesome, or alternatively I'm sure Ill be able to work it out myself at some point with some more studying. But the doctor and compounding pharmacist say these are all good numbers, so I am sure that's true .. I would like to trust them blindly but have a tough time with that I guess. Anyway, at least now I have my numbers all in one place and can revisit them later if needed if nothing else. :)

    The recommended intake of vitamin D specified by the IOM is 600 IU/day through age 70 years, and 800 IU/day for older ages. “Calculations by us and other researchers have shown that these doses are only about one-tenth those needed to cut incidence of diseases related to vitamin D deficiency,” Garland explained.

    http://www.health-science-spirit.com/borax.htm

    The Borax Conspiracy
    =============
    Boron deficiency causes the parathyroids to become overactive, releasing too much parathyroid hormone which raises the blood level of calcium by releasing calcium from bones and teeth. This then leads to osteoarthritis and other forms of arthritis, osteoporosis and tooth decay. With advancing age high blood levels of calcium lead to calcification of soft tissues causing muscle contractions and stiffness; calcification of endocrine glands, especially the pineal gland and the ovaries; arteriosclerosis, kidney stones, and calcification of the kidneys ultimately leading to kidney failure. Boron deficiency combined with magnesium deficiency is especially damaging to the bones and teeth.

    Boron affects the metabolism of steroid hormones, and especially of sex hormones. It increases low testosterone levels in men and oestrogen levels in menopausal women. It also has a role in converting vitamin D to its active form, thus increasing calcium uptake and deposition into bone and teeth rather than causing soft tissue to calcify.

    how-to-invert-your-browsers-colors-for-easier-reading-at-night

    [ quote="Lahelada, post: 160409, member: 6531"]Hi @Jenny S

    It depends on the browser you use. If it is Chrome or Firefox I put the instructions below. On my smartphone it was just an option to tick in settings.
    Hope that helps.

    Blank Your Monitor
    Firefox users have a similar extension called Blank Your Monitor that, with a keyboard shortcut, will invert the colors in your browser for easier night reading. Unlike Google's extension, however, you can open up the options and customize the colors for page backgrounds, text, and links, so it looks exactly how you want it to look. It also has a cool feature in which you can select text and press a keyboard shortcut to put it on a reader-friendly, inverted page.

    ER: Makes text reading easy; select the text, right-click, select the "Easy Read" entry in the context menu or press Ctrl-Alt-Z
