    Peyronie's= fibrosis of penis.
It is caused by lack of androgens
    testosterone & DHT
    also likely low cortisol.
Low cortisol allows for fibrous tissue.

    Testosterone cypionate 200mg/mL
    T-shot=30iu/EOD=60mg/EOD=210mg/week average
HCG-shot=250iu/EOD at the same time as T-shot
    For both use separate
    BD Ultra-Fine II U-100 Insulin Syringes Short Needle 31g 3/10cc 5/16in

    Androgel 1%, 1 pump=1.25gram
Apply to erect penis, 1 pump/morning, 1 pump evening, everyday
    use condom with intercourse

    Check IGF-1 & IGFBP3 using RIA method
Use GH to raise IGF-1, up to about 0.4mg/day
    If difficult, add IGF-1 injections
    Goal IGF-1 (300-350)
may get complicated if IGFBP3 gets less than 2000

Goal DHEAs,serum ~500, use as much DHEA as need to reach this goal, 500mg/day is known max dose

For a year use topical vit E and oral, 2000mg/day

    Check circadian Rhythm, saliva cortisol/DHEA/melatonin
Use dr Kruse's advices on restoring Rhythm.
Other than good Rhythm, you want cortisol on top range.
    Often pregnenolone/progesterone/cortisol axis is low.
Start with pregnenolone, hope for tricle down effect

Thanks JanSz can you direct me to references for this subject? Not surprising that conventional docs know nothing about this avenue of treatment.

I do not have a handy reference. Seen this someplace, made a note of it because looks sensible to me.
Practically, it also looks ok for someone with straight penis.

I just fleshed it out with list of tests and a way of implementing this idea.

If you will try that, give it at least 6 months, post on results.

I think, I am guessing that @Jack Kruse when using the abbreviation, PBM, had PhotoBioModulation in mind.

While looking for a possible meaning of PBM, I came across this pearl.
    pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs)

There are good and bad ways of buying medicine using doctor's prescriptions.
I myself have spent close to $300 at Walgreens when I came there 5 minutes before closing time.
My wife was waiting for those pills in the car while being in excruciating pain.

For the $300 I got a few 500mg pills (original). Take two at a time.
The next day, talking with a pharmacist at Costco I found that looking at that script he would have given me about 100 pills (generic) 750mg, for something near $20.

High Potency Serrapeptase -- 120000 SPU
    Based on dr Dach
For many years I am using 3 pills/day of
Doctor's Best Serrapeptase, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, Supports Healthy Sinuses, 40,000 SPU, 270 Count
How much should I actually use?
I did not realized that there is 120000 SPU version.
    Thank you John.
Always wondered how much Serrpeptase influenced my low Calcium score.
    Nattokinase ????

  12. Are you taking your Serrapeptase on an empty stomach?

I prepare my daily pills every 15 days.
I eat them daily, usually with some food. I eat most of my daily food between 5 - 6 pm.
In the morning I prepare my coffee. I eat many powders with it. Latter I have another cup of coffee.
Overall it is about three heaping teaspoons of instant coffee. Use DDW-25 for that and goat milk if I can get it, otherwise full cow's milk.

If I am consistent with eating once a day and no snacks then my fasting insulin is closer to 3.
My last test May 4/2021 shows fasting insulin 5.9, proof that I have sinned.
