    There is a bad news.
    My Costco does not carry anymore the pork belly that I liked.
    I got over 20 pounds of it.
    But eventually it will run out.

    I just received my next two months supply of DDW from DDC.
    I think I’m going to order DDW from Qlariviai (Q)
    So I am sure that it arrives before I run out of the Preventa

    I have been drinking DDW for longer than two months from now.
    I think and I have started to feel small things improving with regard to my clippers
    I have always had a problem and moving my fingers quickly, like when you try to set the cap Locks on an iPad. Also I had a hard time brushing my teeth because I couldn’t move the brush back and forth quickly. Now I can do both. It is a small thing but it is encouraging. My neurologist always tests me on this

    I am going to write it here, good to have on topic record of events.

    It is about my 79yo friend in Poland who have advanced prostate cancer.
    I am advising him (mostly) based on what I have learned from Jack.
    He had prostate removed (I think) in 2005, since then he is on/of on hormonal therapy.
    That therapy kills his otherwise very high total testosterone and that usually allows for his PSA to drop.
    He had numerous radiations on his sacral bone where his cancer went to.
    Since Jack started talking about deuterium/Boros, I am advising him to drink Qlarivia.
    Initially he was against it, since he heard negative stuff about Boros.
    Eventually he started drinkig diluted Qlarivia.
    Lately, since Oct 2018 there is a talk about under-drinking.
    I do not have good description from my friend, but it looks like for a time he was drinking 1liter a day of Qlarivia and no other water.
    Eventually he was not thirsty, so it was easy to be on that amount of water.
    After a time that caused him to stop peeing and very heavy constipation.
    He stopped drinking Qlarivia all together and now drinks plain water.
    He is irritated at me.

    It is apparent that hi is not making much water in matrix.

    He lives in one family town home, likely about 100 years old.
    He live with his married daughter her husband and their children.
    Expects to live 6 months to a year.
    But that is recurring expectation.
    He also have two sons living nearby with their families.

    The only advice for him that I have left is to:
    move to Playa Del Carmen
    eat oysters and bacon
    and for his remaining days stay whole day naked on the beach.
    Do not even want to think about excessive nnEMF topic during long flights.

    My friend speaks and writes English but barely.
    I have tried to talk him into (conference) consultation with @Jack Kruse over Skype.
    It have not worked first time,
    but I my renew this topic if Jack thinks that it could benefit him.

    One more, possibly rather than the next anti-hormonal injection,
    he should opt for castration (less chemicals).

    When dr Boros was talking about increasing mitochondrial matrix water production
    he brought up example of marathon runner who may be making 20 liters of that water during 2 hours marathon.
    That was example of upper range water production (by healthy person).
    Wonder how much matrix water that marathoner is making at rest or on his days when he is not working strenuously?

    Wonder if you would ask dr Boros, Q or dr Cooper
    what would they say.
    Specially dr Boros.

    With dr Boros another question would be interesting to know.
    How much urine he pees over 24 hr (while he drinks his 0.25Liter of water or coffee.
    I am assuming that it should be much more than 0.25Liter.

    Sorry to hear about your friend’s health problems. I guess the Takeaway message is it always good to pursue prevention.

    Thanks Jan, for the great synopsis.
    I still have a problem with the 3000 gallon production of water by the mitochondria.
    You would have to eat 3000 gallons of fat to accomplish this
    What am I missing?

    More likely it was 3000 liters not gallons.
    That water and ATP are within same process.
    @Jack Kruse
    mentioned at least one time that daily we produce amount of ATP that is about equal to our own weight.
    He might have given us some more hints about this process (that went over my head at that time).
    If you could locate that lesson, please post it.

    For now I would rather concentrate on surviving any of our possible hacks.
    So one condition must be that during those hacks (of drinking less) we must not stop peeing.
    On one hand
    dr Boros says that he drinks 0.25L/day
    on the other
    dr Q says that he drinks 16oz=0.47L (implied that is daily volume)
    and adds that he pees like a horse
    The advice is to eat 80% of calories as fat.
    On say 3000 calories/day that would be 2400 calories from fat.
    1 liter of olive oil = 8048 calories
    from 1 oil we make 1.1 water
    So from oil we should get (1.1*2400/8048=0.33 liter) of water
    for the total of
    0.33 from fat + 0.47 from drinking=0.8 liter

    If one would eat above amounts of fat, or had body fat available
    would stop urinating more than he/she drinks
    that would mean that he/she is very sick and in rather serious health problem.

    The only remaining help would be to drink straight DDW-25 ppm in larger amounts.

    I am pretty happy with the numbers I got two in only eight weeks, now to start seeing some impacts
    My controlled pause is now 26 seconds, would like to get this up to 30

    I have never measured volume. Perhaps 3-4 times a day. I have recently experimented with some cooked meat (recall I have been strictly raw zero carb) and my thirst is definitely higher (maybe 500ml a day) if I eat even lightly cooked food.

    My latest lab results. I am confused by my low iodine levels. I have been eating what I thought was a good deal of seaweed, dulse in particular. I guess I will have to increase the amount I consume

    What comes to my mind looking at your test results.

    1cc/day of 2% Lugols (to overload you with iodine/potassium iodide)

    4 pumps/day of 1.62% Androgel (or equivalent generic that recently become available)
    to get yout TT=~700ng/dL

    3 grains of NTH (Natural Thyroid Hormone from pigs)
    to get your FreeT3 at or slightly over top laboratory range

    4/day of Thorne Methyl-Guard Plus
    to get homocysteine (6 - 7)


    High BUN/Creatinine ratio indicates (to me) that you are not making enough of Matrix water,
    not enough ATP
    would somewhat contradict results of your D-Terminator test
    I would love to see discussion on this
    BUN/Creatinine vs (ATP Production Factor)
    to understand it better.

    as of now
    I would think that you should decrease the D ppm content of water that you drink
    try (two to one) 66.7ppm
    that have given me on my last test 82.4% ATP Production Factor

    (I think that somewhere (dr Anne Cooper??) I have heard that ATP factor should be at least 70%)
