    Wow woww.... This year, this month, tomorrow!!! Only problem is there´s a little bit of dictatorship going all around, but we´ll figure out. Dr. Kruse will marry us. @JanSz will be the "grossman" (I think it´s called that in English). You pick the place you want, in the beach, mountain everest while CT´ing... I´m all good!!! WINE FOR EVERYONE, GOOD PEOPLE, NATURE!!

    Lately I´ve been wondering how getting into this crazy health journey changes our relationships so crazily. At least for me, it changes a ton how I feel and how I think, for good I´d say. I´m probably still stupid and emotionally fragile with all these human flaws but in comparison so much stronger... I see most people, whats seen "normal", as soo easily upsetable. So much in need of others approval, like social parasites. I mean, I see it in myself but the rational "me", my prefontal cortex or whatever needs to work in controlling that shit. We´re wired to look around and do what others do to fit in, even if its utterly stupid. Wearing blueblockers in the town I had that first impulse, still can feel it, like the impulse to take off the glasses for people not to look weird/laugh at me. So ridiculous lol

    Lately I had big arguments with my mom and brother. They need constant approval, receive positive emotions, etc. But like.. crazy. Their emotions and thoughts are kinda all over the place. And I find so many people like them, and I´m convinced its mostly lifestyle driven. In "relationship" series I think Jack wrote it. Not "bad people" or "assholes" at all, for short interactions can be even good, but long term they demand too much attention, been super careful with what you say cause there stress hormones get all spiked up and they cannot relax, etc. "Energy vampires" as I´d define. Can be sad, but it is what it is. I try to avoid them as much I can. I tried to explain what I considered evident but ain´t easy...

    Do you feel something like this??? In the last years, with having more/better energy... I feel my past relationships too superficial. Like I crave deeper connections that with past friends/family are difficult to get. I still maintain old frienships but we see less often.

    Highschool and Uni friends are like... gaming, playing pokemon - or other shit game - online, drinking, some sports, not thinking/reading about deep shit going on in the world... I just feel different, something missing when I´m with them. Weird.

    Funny enough I made friends lately with a couple men who knew Wim Hof method and approached me in the park when they saw me shirtless in winter, lol. They were into cold showers but not super all in, I´m trying to get them into CT, Jack´s stuff etc.

    Also really enjoyed some "stop5g" actions I´m doing with a group in the region, so much fun. We did 3 or 4 actions this year post lock down, talking with tons of people and informing. I was impressed, many more people were aware to some point of the problem, and were interested.

    Going right know into ice bath at 40F, lower than ever, my testicles will get inverted for a few hours but lets do it!!! :)

  5. @Pablo - How's your workouts coming?
    Going shirtless, is a normal thing for me no matter the time of year. Winter is better from a cold therapy point of view (even though air chill may only be in the 30rds F).
    Back to the workouts... I typically get stopped by the opposite sex or at least the "I'm not looking at you, look" as they go by, but if you look back after you've passed each other, you catch them looking. The point. Attraction. We all want to know we are attractive to some of the opposite sex. It doesn't have to be all, just some will do. I use this to help motivate me to keep on keeping on - that is the daily workouts.

    Before CoVid, I would walk the American River levee often - three times a day, because my work was right next to this parkway. During morning sunrise therapy, an elderly women walking her dog would always stop to talk with me. Once she told me that she told her concerned daughter that its safe to walk top of the levee, because there's a mostly naked man that she talks with each morning. I thought that was cute.

    lol how funny it can get being outliers as we are. Yeah many people look at me like... this guy is nuts, and obviously feels good when there is some lascivious looks from women (I´d say I get 10 weird looks for every 1 lascivious, my guess) . We just need to combine getting as much Sun and cold as possible with not being caught by police for exhibitionism, it´s a fine balance!!!

    I´m just exercising a couple days/week, not going super crazy cause I still some soft tissue/muscle tightness in necks, shoulders and other areas, so I´m coupling it with some massage. After a ton of time I began with pullups and body is responding well but don´t wanna force it. I love exercise and I´m prone to go crazy and overdoit. Slow Pablo slow... Focusing more on the recovery stuff, sunrise, Photobiom from EMR TEK, CT...

    And yeah I remember seeing somewhere that being a heterosexual man there is an exercise performance improvement when you are around women cause it spikes hormones such us T. We all know intuitively I think. I like being around women. Guys like going to gyms with lots of women, even if it is not to mate or socialise but just to get this evolutionary response and get motivated to workout, etc. Some people call it vanity, but I think these responses are neither good nor bad, and can be used productively...

    This was a few weeks ago in my village. Alone in the beach, I did my first "naked sprints" in my life lol. So fun, and great libido and erection afterwards. My junk really tells me when I´m doing things good or not

    5G protest with some friends. Good amount of people coming to say thanks to us, and others interested in what is that "5G thing". I´ve been positively surprised. Some Spanish docs have been warning about the EMF issue and I think it´s slowly getting into the public. We´re doing one of these protests every couple months and I´ve had very good interactions with people. I had a shiton of fun making some noise and performance. And it is more effective

    Sometimes I feel high as fuck, others stress is kind of overwhelming, some fear, uncertainty on the future, disgust and shitty feelings about shit in the world I´d like to change, etc. It´s never perfect but I feel I´m living on my edge. Ain´t that the important? I really feel I´m pushing it in upward direction. It´s not lineally upwards, feels kinda volatile upwards, like bitcoin, lol.

    Just did 45´at 8C CT, quite decent for me. Yesterday it was late night so I did just 25´but even short exposures are awesome. I´m not a beast but I can tolerate cold water in the 40´s F with some dignity. I got some MB and nicotine and it does give and edge with energy, mood, mental

    I´m focusing on mobility( massage, band traction, compression, etc.), with exercise from K. Starrett´s "Becoming a supple leopard" and other mobility guys. I´ve been pretty damm stiff for years, and I gotta make it a priority. CT, sun, LLLT, etc all seem to help but I really feel I need to get there with some lacrosse balls and other hard guns and suffer like a bitch. Especially the upper body has been pretty screwed. Also some yoga I´m trying.

    Enough screen time. I´m gonna suffer a bit with the damm balls before bed lol. Keep pushing it guys!!! And think long term!!

  15. Dr. Kelly Starrett is awesome. I've been to a couple of his group training courses about 15 years ago.

    As you know, emotional stability has a physical and "emotional" component.
    • Physically, we work to up our redox (energetic) potential using
      • Sunlight - morning noon & dusk
      • Strength Exercise - barefoot on the moist earth
      • Nutrition - High DHA protein and vegetables
      • Recovery - Sleeping in complete darkness
    • Emotionally, we work to up our attitude
      • Always giving yourself a smile as you believe the best coming your way
      • Always giving yourself and others forgiveness for things that just need to be let go
      • Practice Gratitude

      Make the habit of feeling good <- change it up <- do it again

    lol we need to make it a thing again.

    Actually I did it in a beach which has difficult access, especially when the tide is high, when you can only go through a goat path quite steep, not easy. I´m gonna make it my naked refuge this spring.

    Most of humans we get quite uncomfortable with other naked people around and also when we are naked. I wonder exactly why, I´m not 100% sure. I believe part is cause of visually seeing the body and genitals of people you are attracted makes you horny so society, through its clothing rules, just makes it easier for our sexual instincts not to go crazy, to become more controlled, so monogamy is easier achieved, with less fighting caused by infidelities, etc.

    Now, is that really the reason or one of the primary ones for our clothing social rules, constraining sexual desire? If so, what about people in tribes that live naked, do they have more social problems with cheating, etc.? Wouldn´t we just eventually get used to seeing people naked after some time being the rule, the same we´re getting used right now to seeing people with masks, after a transitioning period?

    Was it just to protect us from the cold and the elements, and then in turned into a social rule? Other reasons?

    I´m not sure, but this social rule clearly is anti biology, now we got enough evidence. Should we push against it? Should we make a culture that makes more sense biologically? I think we should ponder these things.

  17. I love the naked human form.

    Yes - it is sexual.

    I don't feel embarrassed about being naked; but I understand most people do. There are times I may feel some sense of embarrassment - like when I'm not as "ripped" as I want and I don't have the shape I've been working out for. So when my body is tight, I feel much better about exposure.

    Being male, I'm very attracted to the female human form. Being attractive to females has also been a motivating factor, especially when I'm not feeling like a workout. This workout video has helped me get off my ass when I need a bit of motivation -

    With all that said, I believe clothes are a good thing. They help the human psyche force on the person rather than her form. As the old saying goes - "Eyes up here". Clothing can help pull our attention from her body to her eyes and ultimately her mind and heart. So we can connect not just with biological desires, but with compassion.

    Haha you´re big into the fitness stuff. I was crazy troughout my life into fitness and sports, but my health broke regardless. I believe it´s good in proper dose, environment, and doing the other stuff right. I have history of overtraining, part because of ego and having good body comp (some insecurity) and part cause I just loved it, the challenge, the endorphins, the competition...

    I think it is more sublte than being naked is just seeing bad cause of sexual. I need to think more about it, but I have heard people saying, and I do believe it, that some types of clothing are actually more sexual than being naked. Think about it, when you´re naked, there is no mistery, it´s all there. Part of the sexual tension is the excitement about seeing more of the other person´s body, personality, etc. Like an onion you like to peel. People use clothing in a way, shape, color, etc to draw attention to some parts, and less to others, etc.

    At the end of the day, I see it like this: society is screwing up with our modern habits, so if you want health, joy, happiness, energy long term, you gotta do stuff different. I´ve had some mental barriers about wearing blueblockers in public, being shirtless in the park in winter, being without shoes, etc. 2 things about it.

    1- As redox and hormones get better you begin to give less of a fuck about it. You don´t scan people so much looking for approval
    2- Even then, some insecurities and scanning the environment is still there, as social animals we scan (at least I do) constantly what other people do and imitate, and feel weird when doing very different stuff (clothing, masks, behaviour...).

    So I just do what I know is good long term, regardless, and observe myself feeling weird about it. I train my focus, it actually gets so fun. Just on the edge of what is socially acceptable (e.g. people looking weird at you but not calling the police neither saying anything, etc.). I´m shirtless in the park of the town, not in the streets, though biologically we should push for the latter I think. Actually more people have come to ask me, all in a very good way, interested, when they see me shirtiess in the sunrise session in park. I talk about cold, Wim Hof, and if they stay more interested, about light and Jack.


    Motivation... couple songs I discovered and got me crazy pumped up, like a crazy monkey:

  19. Our paradigms are quite different. I've never been alone. I've always known who I am and where I'm going. I've come into human life with empty hands. I choose to extend them to others. We are on a human journey together.
    Life is pain; anyone telling us different is selling us something.
