Optimization Through Haplogroup

Discussion in 'My Optimal Journal' started by Sean Landry, Feb 26, 2017.

  1. I'm trying to optimize my health further and I was hoping that somebody would be able to help me out or lead me in the right direction. I'm trying to determine how much UV exposure and or optimal geographical location based on haplotype.

    Currently living in California

    Maternal haplogroup is L3b1a.
    Paternal haplogroup is I-M253.

    Thanks in Advance

More or less one can newer get too much sun.
Provided that the skin is hardened.
It takes about one month of incremental exposure to harden skin sufficiently.
Big job. So when you get it hardened do not loose it.

If you worry about getting too much vit D from sunlight,
    do not,
    keep testing.
    You should have this much:
    Vitamin D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D)(250nmol/L=100.16ng/mL)
    or 50% more.
When you get to twice of above numbers start looking for a shade.
