No idea where to go with this

    Ok, the diet was further improved by my hubby (more fish), B5 added for triglycerides which got lower but so did other cholesterol. So stopped the supplementation but not sure what to do next.

    He needs to add way more fat to his diet now and increase his ATP production.......then his Testosterone and hormone panel will improve further. His mitochondria are energy inefficient.  He and you need the Dec webinar to understand these set of circumstances.  He is on the right path........
