Here is a breakdown of the bio-hacks I've been working on:
      1. Diet. Pretty straight-forward as this is probably the most important bio-hack of all.Eating Paleo .
Please suggest if I can do Paleo diet?

    1. Exercise ******** I started doing HIIT 20 min everyday
    2. Mediation mindfulness . I recently started mindfulness meditation 4 day a week.
    3. Oil Pulling. I've been swishing around coconut oil in my mouth for 20 minutes/2 day week
    4. Powerful posing. I recently watched a Ted talk by Amy Cuddy on this. I've been trying to do these powerful poses every day multiple times a day in the hopes that I will fake it till I become a more self-confident, risk-taking person able to take on any challenge.

mAY BE SOMETIME IN 6 month I will do this test

Exercise ******** I started doing HIIT 20 min everyday.

As well as any beneficial effects of exercise, it is a cause of inflammation, if you are already inflamed and you don't feel refreshed after 10 hours sleep, its unlikely you are entering the regeneration phase of sleep, maybe consider swapping this for another gentle barefoot walk in the sunshine. Collect energy in the form of photons and electrons rather than spending energy you don't have with HIIT?

Mediation mindfulness . I recently started mindfulness meditation 4 day a week.

Are you meditating outside, grounded and under natural light?

    Intermittent fasting 16:8.

I think intermittent fasting is a natural progression as health improves. If your circadian rhythm is out of whack, maybe consider eating 3 times a day, with breakfast within half hour of waking, and don't eat your last meal after sunset, or if sunset is early at your latitude, don't eat within 4 hours of going to bed. It will help reset your body clock. How much seafood are you eating? Think of food as a source of electrons and photons, as you are able to capture, store and use them from other sources (such as grounding and sunlight), and your body clock is working properly, and sleep has improved, the need for food diminishes, and you should find that IFing becomes a natural progression. If you IF when you are already struggling, and are trying to compensate for missing nutrients with supplements that may not reach where they are supposed to go, or interfere with signalling, it can waste a lot of time and money (expensive wee or poo syndrome :D) and - particularly as a female- could make you worse.

Please suggest if I ould do something else and any other tools which ould give me better result.

Can I do CT with putting ice on my eyes and face in a bowl ? If I use this vest and have ie pak for 2--30 min will this be CT?
    http://coolfatburner.com/

There are cheaper ways than a coolfatburner. ;) I would suggest that before you make any decisions about expensive purchases, that you work on doing enough of the free stuff to lift the brain fog. You then have a better chance of making better decisions.
    Other cheapies to look at:
Have you hacked your bedroom - how dark is it when you go to bed? How cool is it? Is there any sources of nnemf from clocks, gadgets etc? Assuming yours is switched off at night, what wifi signals can you pick up from neighbours?

    What's your water intake like?

Light Water Magnetism ....Sleep .... Take the free or inexpensive baby steps first :D
    Best of luck :)

While in my previous post I suggested less expensive proposition to wellnessfx premium,
their series of instructional videos is very good. And the FX premium is good.
Actually it is a unique well put program,
specially the monitoring via testing part.

But, take off max amount of clothes and expose your skin to sunlight.

Sue has given you a lot of great advice.

    Buy bottled spring water.

are you eating seafood? All electronics out of your bedroom?

no fake lite after sunset ........

  9. Sue-UK

It could be a response to the sudden change of light exposure, that settles down, but be careful of any sungazing routine. I look directly towards the sun at dawn and at dusk, but to the side of the sun between times. Also I make sure I blink (I made a mistake with that one ) .......It will help keep the eye surface wet and cool, and I think my eyelids are a built in pulse machine ..... :) If you switch your meditation routine to outside, facing the sun (or to the side if its reached a powerful angle or intensity) with eyes closed, you are still getting the sun through the closed lids into the bloodstream in the eyelids, and the deeper frequencies and NIR can still get through to the eyeball. At the start I find myself moving my head and neck as if I was scanning the sky with my eyes closed, then shrugging my shoulders and taking some deeper (photon) breaths, I find it really relaxing at the start and I get into the meditative state quicker. So by switching that one routine to outside I have an extra photon harvesting session, through the eyes, exposed skin and my lungs. If I take my plate of food outside and eat it there, I'm adding another short grounding and photon harvesting session. And its all free .......and I do love a photonic bargain! :D

Here are some details from my other thread ..
Dr JK asked me to look into
    I say read this: https://www.jackkruse.com/redox-rx/

@JanSz replied to my thread with great recomendation

    Hi nija;
I am 77yo male, 20 years in retirement, I am not a doctor.
Print all this and have it with you when consulting with your medical professional.

    Quickly,
    more below.
Your low iron is of primary concern,
    but
if you have low gastric acid that may explain a lot.
    but
you may already discussed that with your doc, let me know
    specially if you have heartburn
you may test for that or do your own test/treatment using
    Betaine HCL
Country Life Betaine Hydrochloride with pepsin 600 mg - 250 Tablets
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00068IY0O/ref=sr_ph_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1488897904&sr=sr-1&keywords=Country+Life+Betaine+Hydrochloride+with+Pepsin+--+600+mg+-+250+Tablets&th=1
    start
with meal take one tab, watch for any additional warmth in your tummy
    next meal take one more
    and so on
    10 tabs/meal is not unusual
good dose is one tab less than the one that causes warmth.

Please peruse my posts on this thread:
    https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/pg-e2-ratio.6427/

Note, above Deep Dive does not really dive very deep. And cost cash.
We will find a place for that cash below.
Try to utilize your health insurance.
Please copy tests on this post:
    https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/pg-e2-ratio.6427/page-4#post-199717
and have your doctor sign it into script,
so the end product is similar to this:
    http://imageshack.com/a/img922/4841/N370L2.jpg
    then
go to LabCorp and have blood drawn there at 7;30AM
    LabCorp or Mayo Clinic.
be fasted for 12 hrs or more
At least week or two weeks before blood draw, make sure to have your normal diet
(do not make any diet changes 2 weeks before blood draw).
one hour before blood draw have 12-16 oz of plain water.
Likely you have to be there at least 6;AM to be first when they open (at 7AM).
I am in NJ 07054, and that is what I have to do.
Not changing diet restriction is mostly due to the one of the most important tests on that list, which is
Fatty Acid Profile, Comprehensive (C8-C26), Serum
If you cannot get that test, do not bother with the whole thing.

    but get
Fatty Acid Profile, Comprehensive (C8-C26), Serum
    plus
    homocysteine

Eventually, there is a good chance that you will need to do Fatty Acid Profile few times until you stabilize.
So tell that to your doc.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
Other than above, you will need three other tests that you can order over internet.
    https://www.spectracell.com/
    https://www.spectracell.com/patients/patient-products-mnt-hormones-intro-page/
    Micronutrient Test (MNT) $390.00
    CardioMetabolic Risk $150.00
    find-a-drawsite
    https://www.spectracell.com/patients/find-a-drawsite/
    There is a note:
Specimens can not be collected and lab results can NOT be mailed to CA, MD, MA, NJ, NY and RI residents.
    I am in NJ.
For me it means that I cannot order by internet (like it is possible in other states).
I have to find practitioner who will write requisition for that test ($$ or insurance).
    Locate your blood draw site.
    Go there.
Ask for the names of practitioners who write those requisitions.
    Get requisition.
    It is wort the trouble.

One more test using your own cash.

From the tests that you have already posted.
low iron, low iron saturation, low hemoglobin Hgb

are you bleeding excessively during menstruation?

    eat foods containing heme
    lots of liver
this tabs are made of beef liver, eat as many as you can, 10-20 daily, more if you can
    UNILIVER

when you are sick of those tabs, eat beef liver with fried onions
or chicken liver with whole eggs and onions

    ------------------------------
Below are just hints, the tests I suggested will clarify better

    RDW high, may need:
    Folinic Acid
    B12 methylcobalamine
    Gluten Free Diet
    selenium

    -----------
    Triglicerides high, may need:
    Niacinamide
    vit C
    indicate carbohydrate intolerance
    chromium
    EFA 4:1 oil
    Phosphatidylcholine
    selenium
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    @Jack Kruse
always preaches natural light and minimal nnEMF exposure.
    These are basic needs
That most people these days have a hard time to observe.

    Consider:
Artificial lighting management for a human locked in small room.
    https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/pg-e2-ratio.6427/page-4#post-201738
    Remember,
sun is natural, it comes and goes and you have no choice of making any changes
artificially, you must follow not only frequencies but also strict on/of cycle

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You have a high TSH in presence of 100mcg/day of Synthroid (T4) (Levothyroxine)
    That is a decent dose.
What was your TSH before you started taking T4?
You have gained lots of weight.
    Specially when you say:
gained 50 lb in 3 years . I am undergoing with lot of depression and brain fog.
take wellbutrin(200 mg) and Lexapro(10 mg) since 3 years
    that
may indicate that you are not
    deficient in
    wellbutrin
    or
    Lexapro

    but rather
that you are low on thyroid hormones
    and
    cortisol

In that condition #1, make sure that you do not exercise excessively
    forget about doing HIIT

You may/should revisit exercises (but only after) your
    cortisol is high enough
    and
FreeT3 and RT3 are in good range
when you are getting up from sleep you are rested and alive
and you are happy and want to exercise
brain fog, very low Hgb & iron and exercise do not go together
    you can get hurt

    ------------------------------------
You have a weight to loose
bad thyroid and cortisol are likely the main reason
Lots of natural sun, good vit D should help a lot.
You may want to do IF (intermittent fasting)
Be without food for 16 or more hours.

    Eat only within 8hr window.
Last bite of food 4 hrs before bed time.
Latter reduce 8hr to less, eventually eat 1x/day

    -----------------------------------
    Migraine
are often due to low progesterone (DUTCH should figure it better)
    -----------------------------------

Use lots of natural sun and Red Sperti to get your vit D up to speed.
But if you are currently low, until you figure out natural ways
    get
    4/day Biotic Research Bio-D-Mulsion Forte, 1drop=2000iu Vit D
    https://www.amazon.com/Biotics-Research-Bio-D-Mulsion-Forte-Vitamin/dp/B004HGF69I/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1488900983&sr=8-1&keywords=Biotic Research Bio-D-Mulsion Forte

    ------------------------------------------------
To start on your thyroid (and many other)
    use
    1/day-->Super Selenium Complex, 200 mcg 100 capsules (lef.org)
    Life Extension - Super Selenium Complex & Vitamin E - 200 Mcg
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IAVRJ2S/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    After one month on selenium
start with one drop increasing EOD by one drop until you get to 16
any time you would encouner problem (rarely),
    either do not increase dose
    or
    stop completely
    resume
    latter.
    1 dropperfull/day=40mg/day=16drops
Lugol's Iodine Family Pack -- 6 (2 fl. oz.) bottles (to avoid waste of time for repetitive discussions, consider sticking to this particular product)
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E3B49R2?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00

    .......
Consider replacing your current 100mcg/day T4 with
Natural Thyroid Hormone from pigs (NTH)
or if you doc have a hard time with using Natural
    ask for Cytomel.
    Figure out dose using table.
    Actually,
it may be even better if you first get your cortiosol (AM/PM) tested and adjusted.

    I have asked --
http://imageshack.com/a/img922/4841/N370L2.jpg --> I have asked my doctor to order these test

    @JanSz replied

    on that test
    line #8 is
    Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
About a week ago, at LabCorp (as usual for the last +10 years) I was attempting to do the whole list and they got stuck. Computer asked me to pay $180 with out explanation why.
    My insurance is Medicare.
    Luckily the phlebotomist know me.
I went home, she called that after spending her private time, she figured that it was about the line #8.
I had to sign a paper telling her to skip that test.
    All rest went well.
This is likely due to Obama Care.
    They always attempting "improvements".
DHT is not crucial at this time, skip it.

If you (your doctor), would use the picture for the script, ask him to cross line #8 and initial it.
Also cross out ICD-10 code N41.9 (prostate)
    and
    E29.1 testicles
    That is for men only

Likely it is better to copy/paste the tests from
    https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/pg-e2-ratio.6427/page-4#post-199717

    Watch out for PSA
    PSA is for men only.

This test can wait. DUTH cycle
    First are:
    micronutrients
    fatty acids
    homocysteine
    Are you menstruating?
    Any problems?
    Any Dx? diagnosis?
Are you loosing lots of blood during menstrual cycle?
Is that possible reason for your recent taking of 2 unit of blood?
    ....
Since you are not going to do DUTCH analysis,
but you will do test at LabCorp.
    The test at LabCorp have
    progesterone and estradiol.
You want to do your long test on day 2-4 of cycle
    and
additional progesterone/estradiol only someplace when one would expect maximum progesterone.
In your case that may be 16-17 day from the day you start bleeding (unless you have better way).

    Answers - MTHFR and PAI-1

Well, we finally have some answers about what likely happened to Jacob. My recent bloodwork revealed I have two blood clotting disorders. I am heterozygous for MTHFR and PAI-1 4g/4g. These are caused by genetic mutations, and heterozygous means I have one copy of each muation which means I inherited one copy from either my mom or dad. I know it's kinda confusing. Both of these are definitely associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as reoccurent misccariage, stillbirth, placental abruption, pre-eclampsia, etc.

While there were no obvious clots in the umblical cord or my placenta, these conditions can cause microclots that aren't necessarily seen by visual inspection. This likely explains the small areas of blood loss on my placenta From what I understand, the MTHFR makes me more prone to clots, and the PAI means I don't break clots down well once they form. There is no cure for either one, but they are treatable. In a subsequent pregnancy, I will take baby asprin and most likely lovenox injections, which is a blood thinner similar to heperin. I read somewhere that the lovenox does not cross the placenta but allows proper bloodflow to the placenta. The asprin, apparently, does cross the placenta and keeps blood clots from forming in the baby. I will also need extra folate and specific B vitamins to treat the MTHFR. I will be on this and possibly even baby asprin for the rest of my life. Here is more info about MTHFR. It probably does a better job explaining it than I can.

    What is MTHFR?

MTHFR - (Methylene-tetra-hydro-folate-reductase) is an enzyme found in the cells of our body. It is needed to metabolize (break down) homocysteine, an amino acid found in the proteins you eat. Elevated homocysteine levels have been associated with fetal neural tube defects (i.e., spinal Bifida) and miscarriage. An elevated homocysteine level can also indicate a increased risk factor for blood clots, arteriosclerosis (hardening of arteries) and strokes in both men and women. The metabolism of homocysteine depends on several enzymes, one of which is MTHFR, along with B vitamins and folic acid. In other words, B vitamins, folic acid and MTHFR are necessary to keep homocysteine levels within normal limits.

Sometimes your MTHFR has a genetic defect. These defects are fairly common and its estimated by some studies that up to 60% of the population have one MTHFR mutation or another.

There are two common genetic MTHFR mutations. If you have one mutation only, you are heterozygous. It is reported that nearly half the population is MTHFR heterozygous. - it is nothing abnormal. If you have two copies of the same mutation, you are homozygous. Homozygotes can have elevated homocysteine levels in maternal blood and amniotic fluid. If you have one copy each of the two different mutations, you are compound heterozygotes. Compound heterozygotes have the same treatment and risk level as homozygotes. If you have neither mutation, you are negative and don't need to worry about MTHFR.

There is NO CURE for MTHFR mutation. If you have the mutation, that's the way your body is made. You can, however, lessen any risk factors you have by taking B vitamins, Folic acid and baby aspirin in doses prescribed by your doctor. By taking these agents, you can lower your homocysteine levels and therefor your risk for the conditions above.

MTHFR mutations are hereditary. Families with significant early cardiovascular disease or recurrent pregnancy loss might benefit from clinical investigation.

I"ve learned the MTHFR is also linked to many other health issues not related to pregnancy. So, if you're a nerd like me and want to read more about it this website has alot of info. http://mthfr.net/. There are specific guidlines on the proper forms of folate and B Vitamins, people with mtfhr need. They are not created equal.

As for the PAI, I've had a hard time finding good information on it in layman's terms. The information below is the easiest to understand that I've come across, and it's still not a leisurely read

    ********

First of all, what is PAI-1? The best way to explain PAI-1 is to describe what it does. The blood clotting system is made up of many different factors, some which cause a clot to form and others which cause the clot to breakdown, and these coexist in a very delicate balance. When the blood clotting pathways are activated, fibrinogen, a soluble plasma glycoprotein, is polymerized to form fibrin which is then cross-linked by the action of factor XIII to form the ‘clot’. Under normal circumstances, as soon as a clot forms, it begins to be broken down by other plasma factors. Specifically, a substance called tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) converts an inactive plasma protein, plasminogen, to the active substance, plasmin, which then plays a critical role in the breakdown of fibrin (fibrinolysis), thereby ‘dissolving’ the clot. (Interestingly, and perhaps germane to our discussion at some later point, plasmin also plays important roles in ovulation, cell migration, and epithelial cell differentiation).

PAI-1 fits into this balance as the primary inhibitor of tPA and other ‘plasminogen activators’ in the blood. To put its role in perspective, by inhibiting tPA, PAI-1 prevents the activation of plasminogen, thereby controlling the rate and extent of fibrin degradation (clot break down, or fibrinolysis) that occurs. Overactivity of PAI-1 will therefore lead to a tendency to form (or maintain) clots and an underactivity will result in an increased risk for bleeding. (With regard to other known functions of plasmin mentioned above, overactivity of PAI-1 might then also impair ovulation, cell migration, and epithelial cell differentiation).

Control of PAI-1 production is complex, but it is at least partly determined on a genetic basis. Certain polymorphisms of PAI-1, 4G/4G and 4G/5G, are associated with increased blood concentrations of PAI-1. Elevated PAI-1 levels have been correlated with risk for both arterial and venous thromboembolic conditions (e.g., deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and stroke) and atherosclerotic disease (.eg., coronary and carotid artery disease), especially if other genetic (e.g., factor V Leiden; prothrombin G20210A; MTHFR polymorphisms; protein C, protein S, and antithrombin III deficiencies) or inherited (e.g., antiphospholipid antibodies; lupus anticoagulant; anti-beta-1-glycoprotein) thrombophilias are also present. Individuals with insulin resistance syndromes and diabetes mellitus frequently have elevated PAI-1 levels. Obesity and hyperlipidemia are also associated with elevated PAI-1 and under certain circumstances, weight reduction and/or reduction in cholesterol and triglycerides, can lead to reduction in PAI-1 levels.

This website has much more infomation on PAI and how it relates to pregnancy. Again, this isn't pleasure reading, but it is fairly understandable http://www.healthline.com/health-bl...or-1-pai-1-role-adverse-pregnancy-outcome-2-l.

I'm sorry this post is so full of information, but I put it up here so my family and friends will better understand and also for any other women who are effected by these issues.

Ok, so how do I feel about all this? The day I received the news was a bit overwhelming. I was thankful to have an answer, true facts to work with, but also kinda discouraged. I mean who wants to find out there is something else wrong with you. Now, that I've had about a week to think it over and to read more about these disorders I am feeling more hopeful. I've read about and heard about many women with blood clotting issues that have successful pregnancies. I try to remind myself that I was able to carry Jacob for 6 months with no added supplementation or medication, so I should be able to carry full-term the next time around. I sooooo wish I knew about all this a year ago because I know my sweet boy would still be alive if I had known....if only....if only....if only.

It probably seems like I've done alot of research, but I haven't really. I am careful about how much I focus on it. That's another reason it's taken over a week to share this. I must be wise and prepare my body the best I can for another pregnancy, but somedays being pregnant again is the farthest thing from my mind. How do you grieve one baby and prepare for another? It's tough, and it's not how it's supposed to be.

    You are in California.
You cannot order tests from spectracell directly.
You have to have doctor order that test for you.
I described that in post above.
    This text:
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    There is a note:
Specimens can not be collected and lab results can NOT be mailed to CA, MD, MA, NJ, NY and RI residents.
    I am in NJ.
For me it means that I cannot order by internet (like it is possible in other states).
I have to find practitioner who will write requisition for that test ($$ or insurance).
    Locate your blood draw site.
    Go there.
Ask for the names of practitioners who write those requisitions.
    Get requisition.
    It is wort the trouble.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
They have already provided for you link to facilitate this (bottom of your post).

What you said is not clear to me.
First you ask about planning to take selenium and iodine
    then
you saying that you are already taking them.

    Lets clarify that first.

I'm not saying I'm right, and I'm not in your shoes .....

I was saddened by your story of losing Jacob, and in your shoes if I wanted to get better and/or be healthy enough to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy, these wouldn't be a priority. (I had 2 early miscarriages before having children at 37 and one month off being 40. I wish I'd known then some of the things I know now, especially for DS2). My aim would be to get my circadian rhythm right, stop my sleep from sucking, focus on photons and electrons and eat a diet that supports not only getting healthier, but the signalling that tells my body that the environment is right to support not only conception, but pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding. Animals mate at a certain time in the light cycle in anticipation of abundance to come .... In winter and hibernation they live of, and provide their young, with abundance they have stored as fat (in human terms I think of it as leptin sensitivity allowing release of fat during darkness/cold). If I was IFing when I needed nutrients or food electrons, whilst my circadian rhythm and sleep sucked, it would be a stress signal to my body. I don't see how taking a supplement would help switch that signal off. Eating 3 meals a day in line with and to help reset the circadian rhythm, making at least one DHA and iodine rich (and which comes in its natural package with selenium etc), is a signal that comes in a package that my body recognises and knows what to do with if my cells aren't too screwed up from nnemf, blue light, dehydration, circadian rhythm problems etc. I think its also an abundance signal that is missing with a supplement. With a better circadian rhythm comes better sleep - again a good signal. My advice is look at your body as a whole, put in place what matters most, experience the difference it makes in how it makes you look, think and feel. If it were me, I'd give it 3 months, learning as much as I can in the meantime, (especially about mitochondrial heteroplasmy), knowing that I will be in a better position to make better decisions about if, and what to supplement. If I was on them, and made an informed choice to keep on with them, I wouldn't start fiddling with changing them this early in my journey, I'd run the risk of not experiencing the true value of other natural changes I had made, it might sidetrack me away from what really matters, I wouldn't know what supplements were working and what weren't, what effects they were having on feedback loops I didn't yet understand, or how much of what I was taking was just finishing up down the toilet, without doing its job.

Anyway, my thoughts are with you, just offering a different perspective.:)

I have started eating epi-Paleo since 2 week . Moreover I eat very healthy . I dont eat much carb .I still have hard time loose weight .
Moreover I am experiencing excessive itching in my both eyes . My eyes itch and keep watering . Is it because of sun-gazing or more exposure to sunlight overall.
I am wearing hat to protect my eyes and I do sun-gazing 30 min before sunset or 30 min after sunrise .
Please suggest what can I do to loose weight ?

    @JanSz

I have hard time ordering any of the test recommended by you .I spoke to my primary care and she said those test are not necessary .
Then I took an appointment with an another doctor and she said I should go to some specialist to order those test .
I paid the consultation fee and still she did not agree to order the test .
I am really not sure how do I do it.

To loose weight you have to use body fat for fuel.
To use body fat for fuel your insulin must be low.
Insulin is low when it is in low single digit numbers.
    2-3 is ok.
To get to such a low insulin numbers you have to eat infrequently.
After a while 16 or more hours from last meal does that job.
That is called IF. Intermediate Fasting.
Faster way to loose weight is to eat once a day, or EOD or less often.
You can also stop eating for longer period of times.

In many religions there are recommended periods of fasting.
This days people eat without regards to religious recommendations.

Eastern Orthodox Catholics have 200 days in a year when they observe eating restrictions.
There is a lots of Eastern Orthodox Catholics in Mediterranean area.
Mistakenly Mediterranean type of eating got a fame as to be healthy for weight watchers.
The mistake is that it is not about type of food but rather about infrequent eating.
