    Love to try that.....no mention of when the pork belly is added? Is it layered in with the salmon?

    WE mixed it in the sauteed carrots, but I actually think it would have been better layered with the Salmon. I imagine a further search for other versions of the recipe might clarify. I enjoyed our first attempt and will ocnsider a suace possibility for future versions.
