These are looking not too bad. Vitamin D is lower than I want but I expected it to be lower considering where I live (Vancouver). Calcium looks on the high end and thats not something im particularly happy to see (toxic environment at school; live in a suburb on the outskirts of vancouver). I also thought I'd see BUN:creatinine a bit higher, going to keep working on getting that down. I will re-evaluate a few of these again at the end of the summer and assess my DHEA and do a salivary cortisol/melatonin at that time. Still awaiting a reverse T3 level to get an idea of leptin sensitivity

Your HS-CRP looks great! Vitamin D not too bad.. better than mine (40 ng/dl.)
Did you get that done through Direct Labs?
I'm in the process of consulting with them.

Yes Direct Labs. They make it a pretty easy process. Hardest part about it is waiting at the border :).

Yeah the border sucks. I usually drive east and take the "Huntington" crossing. I have yet to wait a long time there.
I guess you did the draw in Bellingham at LabCorp?

Mike yes the Bellingham lab is the closest unfortunately. Nothing in Blaine. And ya the Huntington crossing is usually pretty reliable but I find if you get to Pacific early enough its usually not too bad

Thanks Clay for the update. I'm more motivated to get labs done now that you've 'paved the way' so to speak.
