    My vitamin d levela were 28 a few months ago.Did about an hour of exposure today to bare chest to the chest today.

    Sun is becoming scarce

    Should i supplement with 5,000iu of vitamin d concerning calcium efflux

    I do take about 800 mg of magnesium daily

    Vit D=28 is one of your major problems.
    Get it over 100
    even twice that would not give you problems.

    Cod liver is a good natural source.

    Atlanta does have a lot of places with oyster happy hours - $1 an oyster and no having to shuck them yourself.

    I have a bottle of liquid vitamin d with trace minerals.5,000 iu per serving

    Should i take that with magnesium or

    just leave vitamin d supps alone due

    to calcium efflux?
