Thank you, love all that you have to say.

    Arame Seaweed‎
As far as I can tell, Arame grows natively around Japan and is also farmed around South Korea.

Is it ok to eat it now? (fukushima radiation)

    ------------------------------

    CoQ10 (reduced version)
    Please post name of product.
    Unless CoQ10 (reduced version) = Ubiquinol CoQ10

In (What are the Top 10 Paleo Supplements?) you have: (6. Co-Enzyme Q10)
Life Extension Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support.

    -------------------------------

Dave Asprey said that instead of CoQ10 he eats Idebenone.

It may be worth while to figure this one out.
After statins, heart surgery, prolonged coma, this guy (Phil), in high 60's, ended up on crutches.
He stared eating Idebenone sometimes in November 2013. Less than 2 months ago.
    He reports his experience here:

    Last week he said this:
Elsewhere he reported that his urine changed color to rusty.

Loved it too....always so good to hear this stuff. And I had NO idea Dave had mold issues too AND has the genetic susceptibility.

Great podcast. Simplified some of the concepts for me. Any more podcasts where jack talks about EMF a bit more. I have just finished EMF series and am now going through the quantum biology ones. I could do with a podcast that sums them up.

I don't see the link to the video with the semiconductor engineers adding phosphate to silicon wafers. I did watch the four SciShow videos, though.

Awesome as usual, and I love the quote

“For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled.”
    ― Richard P. Feynman

~ and we could also replace the word technology with healthy/optimal living......not what we have been doing for 30 years.

Out of 400+ podcasts on bulletproof radio, which is the only one that's not accessible? Only one, no other podcast is missing

You must of really got on Asprey's nerve's, I wish he saw your FB comment saying 'I love dave' when someone replied you were hammering on about the bulletproof collagen bar recall. Even in the podcast RSS which goes back to episode 1, episode #87 appears to be permanently gone. And I swear I had access a few months ago too, I wish I downloaded then

:( you guys are mostly on the same page but I guess you might be harming the coffee business. Have you done the coffee deuterium biohacks yet or still in the process?

    *just bought membership :)

Great leaders have a vision, share this vision, and inspire others to create their own vision to win. My idea is quite simple......it is why trees make acorns. Serving the public with excellence will mean, in turn, future generation can lead mankind to excellence. They don't sell supplements.

If you notice what people add you're smart.

If you notice what people omit you're wise.

Somebody had the link. Here it is.....
Greentrees says on the forum today: "Out of 400+ podcasts on bulletproof radio, which is the only one that's not accessible? Only one, no other podcast is missing

You must have really got on Asprey's nerve's Jack, I wish he saw your FB comment saying 'I love Dave' when someone replied you were hammering on about the bulletproof deuterium bomb collagen bar recall. Even in the podcast RSS which goes back to episode 1, episode #87 appears to be permanently gone. And I swear I had access a few months ago too, I wish I downloaded then! " Jack responds......the first casualty in the supplement business is always the truth. Personally, I like that I cut. TED cut my talk too. I love it. First, they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. And then they attack you and want to burn you........and then their followers find out you were right and the people trying to muzzle you were not. When that happens those followers will be the wind behind your sails as you cruise to the win. https://player.fm/series/bulletproof-radio-94370/87-how-to-live-longer-than-most-people-with-dr-jack-kruse

One of the major advantages of an establishment with an "official dogma" is its ubiquity, united front, and strength in numbers. This is a powerful socializing force and gives propaganda its juice.

Conversely, the reason most anti-establishment movements ultimately fail historically is because the various opponents of the establishment rarely agree with each other and schisms invariably multiply over details, spoils, and mechanics of implementation. It's always been true across all disciplines.

I personally think that opponents of the establishment should band together over the "bigger picture outlook" to defeat the mutual common enemy and wait to battle out the details later, once the establishment is fully discredited. As the US, Europe and Russia came together in WW2 to defeat the Nazi's and Facsist's. But that's just my view and I know it's a pipedream.
