For those not "seeing" the sign up, switch from Firefox to an other browser. They've got some compatibility issues, so the links aren't working for those who use FF.

 

Where do you sign up for the sign up? Is it only for members?

 

It is on the home page - on the right hand side ..... you have to scroll down quite a long way to see it.

 

Thank you, I've found it. I don't think there's any point my signing up, lab tests in the UK are either at the discretion of your GP or you can pay a lab to do them but they are very expensive, I had a Homocysteine test and that was £149! I'm beginning to think that after 60 years of less than optimal living and diet and reading just how much can go wrong that I'm never likely to be able to turn back the clock and put absolutely everything right. I'll settle for carrying less weight (if I can ever achieve that) and hope that by following a Paleo lifestyle as much as I can that anything else out of whack sorts itself along the way.

 

There is always high value in reading and following along - even if you can't do the tests for now. You never know when something will click for you.

This is a journey to optimal for me .... and I wouldn't dream of settling ... but then - I love everything about it. I love all the things I am learning and I love all the interaction with everyone here. I just love trying to figure all this out.

I would never have dreamt that I would love reading books about Einstein .... and reading Dr. Becker and Dr. Merino and Richard Feynman etc.

Every time I go to the pool at the ocean .... I always wind up talking about epi-paleo and C/T .... and I have been wondering - why does that keep happening? I have finally come to realise that people always eventually ask me what I am doing and have lots of questions and then we get into great discussions.

This journey is so individual .... we are all so different. At the end of the day - We all definitely need to do what is right for us.

 

I cant seem to get signed up for it either - using Internet Explorer 9 - get the message to check email etc but no email appears

 

I am a little confused about what we should have gotten already .... shopping lists? recipes?

Anyone else?

Yes, there are two different offerings.

Biohacking is a series of email that include some blogs and other resources.

Optimal reset is a 90 day program that includes webinars, shopping lists, recipes and other items to help reset your life. All that I have received from the 90 optimal reset are links to join the facebook groups and the invite to the free webinar on Monday.

Note- just saw that I got the shopping list today.

 

yep - just got shopping lists etc. today. I thought one email said we should already have them......
