Nest Thermostat

Discussion in 'The EMF Rx' started by motivatedhealthseeker, Jan 12, 2014.

  1. We have a Nest thermostat that can connect to wifi in the house to control temperature and can be controlled via cell phone if one is outside to change temp of house. This was bought before we realized what a hazard this could be. I usually have this feature turned off during the day and do not connect to wifi and I turn off wifi at night from the router. Is there still risk of getting the EMF from this type of a thermostat even when the connection to wifi feature is turned off? Is it still trying to send a signal? If yes, then is there a remedy for this without having to switch thermostats again?
