It is really about that is released (but not by sun)
    (so not about external light)
    (but light created internally)
    when that happens

What a bomb Boros threw on that podcast...."limit your water intake to let your nanomotors work at full speed"......
I'm still trying to recover from it. Wonderful discussion about it here. Touching or gazing the edge of science is an amazing adventure. Merry christmas !

I've been hearing a lot lately about olive oil (and coconut oil) oxidizing easily and turning to trans fat... and destroying the body.
What do you all think about that?

Must be either total BS or selectively colored part true
since @Jack Kruse is full bore about both of them.
Specially Coconut Oil (even) at high latitudes and out of season when in 5G environment.

What potentially oxidizes are the unsaturated bonds. Coconut oil is saturated fat and should not oxidize. Olive oil is primarily monosaturated and will not be prone to oxidizing as much as a polyunsaturated fat.

Trans fat, is an industrialized type of seed oil. It envolves bubbling hidrogen to seed oils, to make it less vulnerable to rancidity. By that process, it accumulates huge ammounts of deuterium.

Methinks EVOO contains spermidine, which is supposedly a calorie restriction mimetic (like resveratrol). Besides, Dr. Gundry loves the stuff.
