Please discuss our defensive steps (in the USA), skip sunlight discussion.
NAC is an antioxidant compound made up of three amino acids — glutamic acid, glycine, and cysteine.
N-acetylcysteine is available only in supplement form and cannot be found as such in foods.
But the precursors to NAC can be found in foods high in cysteine, including pork, beef, chicken, eggs, swiss cheese and sunflower seeds.
NAC is valued as a precursor to glutathione, also called the “master antioxidant.”

    Thank you doctor.
    I got some from Walmart.
    Price almost doubled.
They do not carry the largest bottles than NowFoods make.

Pure Encapsulations has a premade NAC/glycine mix. Personally, I would never do glutamic acid supplement.

Doctors Best and Now Foods 600mg version are my favorite.
