Not sure what drops you have in mind. Give me more info.
    ----
To care for my mitochondria I watch my micronutrients using Spectracell test (other than observing light and nnEMF stuff).
You may want to watch the video here:
    https://www.spectracell.com/webinar-saving-the-mitochondria/

I also work on my fatty acids, they are also discussed in that video, just to lesser extend:
Fatty Acid Profile, Comprehensive (C8-C26), Serum

    .------------------------------------------------

Look at the left side of the sample slide below.
Spectracell Micronutrient test allows you to concentrate on a weak spots that may be a reason for low energy production by mitochondria.
    Also
note that all those complexes sit on inner mitochondrial membrane.
Rarely anybody worries about status of that and any other membranes.
Fatty acids analysis are helpful there.

    Good protein,dat !!!
I am also from the club that does not like pictures or is selfie ready and willing. It took me forever to put up a close up photo here.

Love your success story. I'm also myopic - 4.25 both eyes. No glasses is a challenge. I changed my frames to the rimless type, as they are usually smaller , so when I wear them as far on the tip of my nose as I can get them I still get natural light to my eyes .

    Hi SS ;)

Thank you for your speedy and comprehensive answer. I appreciate it very much,. Its so nice talking to someone who understands my predicament being myopic. I have started doing a few things but not taken everything on yet. I have to mange how much things stress me. I get very stressed easily it seems and having had breast cancer a big part of my recovery is to be calm, so I am trying to incorporate new things whilst not getting too stressed and overthinking it all. Taking off my contact lenses after so many years was a big step but now its time for a few more..

I am definitely going to source some good quality caster oil and give that a go. My cataract is apparently at 40% so I want to do everything I can to try and reverse it. That would be amazing! I'll give the ziploc bags a go too. I did start face dunking, did you do that?

I am also getting the sunrise light on my eye now as well as in the day and I have no blue light after dark. I use those amber glasses if looking at my phone in the evening and have a an orange filter on it too. Is that what you meant?

The other person that you mentioned - I think you are referring to a lady who I know - Melanie Proctor in Thailand who also healed her eyes using your techniques. I met her - she's lovely and is how I got into all this stuff.
    Thanks again ;)

That's so interesting about the castor oil. I heard of someone doing that for their dog and the cataracts disappearing!! I wonder if fish oil might work too?

Hi Mystic Rose - I finally got my drops. As they're in Russian I can't understand any instructions. How did you use the drops? And how long have you been using them for? Have you noticed any change?

Glad they have arrived Emma and since my hubby and I have different n=1, he is using two drops in each eye now, twice per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon now, used prior to sun exposure. I use mine, one drop in each eye prior to morning sun exposure. My husband is using them as a hack because he had a TBI/ stroke and I am using them as a hack for the beginning formation of a cataract. I will know if that cataract has dissolved when I go back to my eye Dr. this fall. I can see pretty clearly at a distance now and I know that my morning sun exposure had a lot to do with my results. My husband thinks the drops are helping him with his right side weakness. He notices he has more control of his right leg too and it doesn't drag like it used to at time. I have noticed it too. We have been using them for a little over four months now. I suggest beginning with one drop in each eye, once per day and just before you go out for your morning sun exposure. Good luck Emma!

Yes, I use that same technique , looking through the glasses only for close work, but looking towards natural light through the gap on top. I hope with light exposure your myopia reduces!

I did try face dunking and it gave me great sleep. And yes I did mean the amber glasses and the orange filter. I find they can be cooling to the eye.

Its great you know the poster from Thailand, can you pass on the message to her - she really changed my life, well, at least my eyesight, lol. But in a way it gave me a lot of hope that even unfixable health problems can be fixed just by being close to the nature and light:)

Congrats on beating breast cancer! I know you have to be careful now, is there any maintenance regimen that you are on to get stronger and to stay healthy?

Stress is tough, even I have to be on guard not to stress myself unnecessarily. My philosophy is not to bother worrying about things I can't change; that actually helps sometimes.

    Hi, ScottishEmma,

It works for humans too. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence on the Internet for this. Just google castor oil and cataracts.

I am planning to try Carnosine eye drops. Just for general eye health. Also hoping it will help get rid of a couple of pesky eye floaters. Will keep you all posted.

From another post on the forum, fluorides in your water can cause eye floaters (among many other causes).

I used to have more and larger floaters in my eye. But they have reduced both in size and quantity. I just noticed one day that very few floaters left in the eye now. Tiny ones too compared to before.

Maybe they reduced from the sun-exposure ...or it was the castor oil...

Thanks SS :) Great to hear from you. I got a little downheartened yesterday as I went through your post again and realised how theres no way I can not wear my glasses as I need to drive. But I will do what i can for the rest of time and look over the top all the time ;)

I'm starting my castor oil therapy as advised by you tonight and I also have the Russian drops now so fingers crossed. I get as much light on my eyes in the am so we will see. I have a long way to go but getting rid of the cataract and decreasing my myopia slightly will be so amazing to achieve. I am determined to do so!

One question about your prescription, what strength do you use? Less than you need? I'm going to get my eyes tested again next week and then maybe get weaker glasses (but staying safe so I can drive). I'm not sure yet.

As for the BC, I am trying to do everything Jack tells me, AM light, CT, protein and fat diet and Intermittent fasting, but its so hard as I sometimes feel so alone with no one really understanding what I'm doing. I've moved abroad and whilst I love my new environment and sun ;) I miss my family a lot. Moving further towards the equator might be good for me health wise but not good for my heart I don't think. I'm going to try and get to Mexico or Thailand (to see Melanie who healed her eyes) and see how that affects me.

When are you trying your next batch of no glasses? I guess its all dependant on your work situ.

And yes, things you can't change have to be accepted ;)

    Have a lovely day x

I have started my protocol today and I'm also going to try the castor oil as recommended above tonight before bed. I'm pleased to hear its helped your hubby - let it continue!
    I'll keep you posted. :)

I wear glasses for the power I have, but in general I try to inculcate the habit of not wearing at all. Unfortunately while working or cooking etc its not possible.
Yes I have to wait for a few weeks when I am able to go completely off grid to continue with this. For now I am still getting daily sun so hopefully I won't backslide.
Oh its sad that you're missing your family. I find most women thrive when they have loved ones around. Can't you have someone come over visit and you can make an adventure out of it - a fun and sun filled one?
I feel lucky that I am with my family and have all the sun I need right now. In fact my problem is the opposite, I have to plan for milder sun in order to avoid sunstroke, lol!

I'm sure lot of people tell you what to do when they find you're recovering from BC; somethings that I suggest are:
-A liver and full body detox
-An equal intake of omega 3:6 oils. (The balance is important; I'm sure you're taking DHA so this should be fine)
    - check your hormones every year or more frequently to check if they are in balance
    - lymphatic massage, whether on skin, oil massage or dry brushing
    - Lots of gentle sun all over, of course!
-Daily organic probiotic food, anything that you like
    - a little bit of iodine helps as well!

This is just my take for your consideration. You're probably doing most of it, but they all help.

    Hugs, Emma!

I lost my latest glasses (bought two months ago). Whilst I'm gutted about losing them I think this is really positive as it means a fresh new eye test for a new pair and I am willing to bet that my eye sight has improved AGAIN. Will report back later in the week :)

I can always do with advice on cancer treatment. I've done a lot in the past 4 years to cleanse physically and emotionally and now spiritually on this beautiful island I've moved to. Atm I'm now focussing on what Jack's advised - early AM sun, well as much sun as I can take (my face is a bit red so I have to be careful), CT, Leptin reset eating times and IF as long as possible overnight. I'm also rediscovering who I am and trying to do lots of things that my soul likes, like dancing and resting. Sleep has never been good for me until I moved here and started doing all these things and now I'm loving it. I'm also enjoying meditation as this helps keep me less stressed, whihc has been my downfall over the years.

Do you mind me asking when you do your face-dunking? IO don't have time in the morning now as I'm hurrying out the door to the beach, but maybe that should be done first?

Hope alls good with you over there ;)
