    Your Homocysteine is high.
    Forget laboratory range
    It should be 6-7

    Eat 4/day
adjust up or down 3 months latter

The 3D model was a shocker. I wear pants with waist 34 inches, and I thought it was 34 indeed. But the model says 36.9!! So, the VAT of 4lbs MUST GO!

Eat only what is on this picture.
It is pyramid, so eat lots of fat, some meat etc.
    drink DDW-67.7ppm (2Qlarivia + 1 other water)
Attempt to drink one liter/day but you must pee.
If you would slow significantly on pee volume, drink water.

The above high range is BS (Bull Sheet)

    Get

Agatston calcium score test ($95 cash)

Agatston score is a semi-automated tool to calculate a score based on the extent of coronary artery calcification detected by an unenhanced low-dose CT scan, which is routinely performed in patients undergoing cardiac CT.

    This is for homocysteine?

    What’s this for?

  18. JanSz

It tells you if you have to bother in converting from vegeterian to meat eater.

Tells you about calcification status of your heart arteries.
If high, hearth attack or stroke is near.
If low or non-existing, do not worry, enjoy your current way of life.

    Very basic, very practical.
