My mother won an Olympic Gold Medal in pairs figure skating in 1948. By chance or luck, I inherited some
decent mitochondria. She is still alive, today, in Canada, nearing 100,
Micheline Lannoy and Pierre Baugniet, 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz Switzerland, very old fashion looking but fun for me to see.
Note that the ice rink is OUTSIDE ... hooray !
