    Hi team
I have been following Jack Kruse for about 1.5 years at this stage. I have been blocking blue light with Uvex Skyper since 2014 but back then I thought they only needed to be worn for 30 to 45 minutes before sleep. Now I wear them as soon as the sun is down and minimise all artificial light.
I have actually searched through this forum quite a lot as a nonmember. I know all the basic information and some of the more advanced information as well. I was living in Sydney for almost a year working in the tech industry (I wanted to move somewhere with more sun and so I could do the pursue a hobby) but I decided to quit and now I am training to be a beekeeper and studying organic farming at university back in New Zealand. I think this will allow me to have an income without having to sacrifice my health in the future.

Are there any other New Zealanders here??

Here is a brief overview of my health problems:
ADHD, supposedly had "depression" during 2014 but it was probably just blue light toxicity, cold hands and feet (not sure if I have raynauds or if it's just poor blood circulation or some other blood related issue), possibly some gut health issues (BM are not as consistent as I would like), I have an odd small bone growth on the side of 1 of my fingers which could be a ganglion, since increasing sun exposure and red light therapy (JOOVV and redlightman) I have noticed an increase in freckles on parts of my body (I have no proof that this is because of the increase sun exposure but I have definitely noticed it over the last year ) maybe there is something toxic in my blood at the moment, I have some clicky joints/possibly low-level arthritis, gadolinium toxicity due to the fact that they used the gadolinium dye in my left hip for an MRI 7 years ago, pectus excavatum, seems like I have a weak connective tissue as well so possibly Marfan syndrome,

here is a brief overview of the things I do to improve my health:
pitch black bedroom, Wi-Fi router off, no gadgets in bedroom, we live at the end of a no exit Street with farmland and forest bordering 3 sides of the property so very low wi-fry, at this stage there is no 5G in Christchurch, reverse osmosis drinking water, shower water is still regular tap water, 1st thing in the morning I spend 5 minutes outside in natural light grounding, DHA consumption – seafood, organic eggs and meat, currently eating minimal grains and no dairy – I might try ghee soon, sweet potatoes often kumera, apples and pears often, fruit and vegetable is organic when possible, I do fasting but it's not same amount every day, in 2 days I will be having a consultation with a biological dentist to get information on removing my amalgam fillings which I have approximately 4 of, SOTA blood cleaner and water ozonator, I'm also going to start creating my own magnesium bicarbonate soon, I'm also working on my mouth and tongue posture after learning about Dr Mike Mew and Sarah Hornsby last year.

I am thinking of getting the magnetico 10 Gauss but I've read so many stories of people having a difficult time with that and you also see a lot of people selling secondhand on Facebook so I'm a little bit unsure of whether it's a good thing to spend money on or not.
Also considering getting a low level air filter for my bedroom.

Considering getting some testing done for what toxins i have in my system.

Also about to start using boron/borax foot soaks for my joint pain.

Would love to hear from anyone, I plan to become an active contributor to this Forum :)

Recently got my package from lessEMF.com
I have gloves and a hat.
I also got my Kiniki shorts to start using.

Regarding amalgam replacement with ceramics i have the choice between E-max and "zirconia".
I am getting 1 (of my 2) removed for starters so it will cost about $1000.

Does anyone have information on differences between these 2 options? Or is there another forum that would be better to ask about amalgam replacement?

I also started my weekend beekeeping course. One day i hope to contribute to a nnEMF refuge / eco village with this skill.

Update on the amalgam replacement journey:
Up until today I thought "Ceramic porcelain" was best but this might not be the case because there can be other ingredients added to the "ceramic" material.
I think this is the one that my current dentist mentioned for ceramic

This was a great video and if I lived in the USA this dentist would probably be the one I'd see.

Here she mentions that "diamond crown" a crystalline structure as hard as the enamel itself, is her preferred option for replacement of amalgam.

My digestion has improved so much since adding a bit of spirulina to my meals and chewing my food for longer. Really focusing on "Mewing". Nasal breathing when eating and taking my time.

What i thought was freckles/sun spots could actually be "liver spots" due to poor liver health. I consume zero alcohol.

Also been doing a lot of full body grounding lying down on grass in the sun in a no wifi zone. Feels great. Reminds me of how life was before technology

Researchers fine tune how Gadolinium causes its problems as it passes through the brain's water networks to cause the symptoms associated with this transition metal.
In a study published online on 25 November by Investigative Radiology, Dr. Katerina Deike-Hofmann and colleagues from the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) at Heidelberg University Hospital and Essen University Hospital explain how gadolinium enters the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF). They show that GBCAs are excreted through specific entry points, such as the choroid plexus and the anterior chamber of the eye, into the CSF and subsequently enter the glymphatic system that, for instance, surrounds the perineural space. https://www.auntminnieeurope.com/index.aspx

You likely need to avoid or be careful with fluorescents and mercury vapor discharge bulbs because they are contain Gadolinium and there might be a Gadolinium atomic resonance effect.

It might be the reason why Gad sympotoms appear in certain light environments.

I wonder indeed if artificial lighting like fluorescents and LEDs are sending bad information/toxins into our body through a novel way-- photopheresis.

Dr Klinghardt has talked about using photopheresis as a healing modality. I don't fully understand the principle, but it appears that when certain light is used as a carrier that it can not only transmit photons and frequencies but also 'teleport' information about the essence of medicines, etc. inside body (and by extension I fear harmful substances that might be found with a light source could be sent in).

This is a fascinating subject. Using light to teleport medicines and healing substances into body remotely sounds like science fiction-- except it is science fact.

If a fluorescent light breaks, does it release toxic mercury vapor into the atmosphere?

uhoh. I spent a whole summer replacing and busting up fluorescent lights.

I busted a cfl black light the other day. The mercury vapour it may release had me worried.

I smashed 40 per day for three months back about 24 years ago. Except for the voices, blackouts, and waking up covered in blood of unknown origin semi-regularly I'm perfectly asymptomatic FYI.

Yes, breakage of fluorescent lights and compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) in your house should be treated very seriously as a mini-hazmat contamination event.

Both mercury vapor and mercury-containing debris are released when one of these lamps break. If it breaks on a carpet that is even worse (that area of carpet should be discarded safely).

I accidently broke a CFL on a forced air furnace intake vent (it was on floor). What a nightmare. I got rid of every CFL after that.

There is info online about how to safely remediate a mercury-containing lamp breakage event in your home. Follow them to the letter. I'd advise removing every CFL or fluorescent lamp immediately from your dwelling. Discard them safely and responsibly so you don't contaminate the environment.

    Good luck

    About CFL light bulbs.
My daughter have a house down the street of me.
Shortly after buying it there was a fire in the house.
It started from a light-bulb as on the picture.
It was on the second floor in the room that was dark and have not been visited for at least a week.

I have assumed that this type of bulbs would be banned from use.
That bulb started fire without being supplied with electricity for a good week.

How this bulb could store enough energy to burn plastic of this bulb?

Molten plastic fell on the soft chair that stand next to air register.
The moving air helped in igniting fire and spread the soot over the whole house.

@JanSz i had an electrician out to change a breaker at my house. He did not know much but apparently the new arc fault and gfci breakers maintain a mA current on their normal wire. When asked why the codes have gone this way he had no idea. @drezy do you happen to know? All he kept saying was if there is a minor electric discharge in an object like shifting from hard floor to carpet these new breakers are so sensitive they will trip. And when I probed further to figure out why they are being installed he just said thank the government. I found the normal wire to be interesting. Looking at a standard breaker compared to an arc fault and arc fault gfci was cool. Reminded me of my days as electro on my ship.
