*I use an elevated desk and never set my laptop close to me. I prefer my computer to be hard wired and not wireless. When at my workstation I try to be barefoot on a grounding mat.

* I spend most of my time at high altitudes close to headwaters of mountain streams/rivers/glaciers and source my water from wells drilled 300 plus feet through granite. Tests come back as low deuterium. When unable to drink from my own wells I drink water such as Qlarivia, Icelandic, litewater, etc. I prefer the litewater glass bottles.

Another reason to keep pounding the seafood in the link below. The data continues to pile up.

My last Omega-3 index blood work (May 21') came back at 9.64%. If I'm understanding the test correctly it is the proportion of long-chain omega-3s (EPA) and (DHA), of all fatty acids in my red blood cell membranes and reflects the Omega-3 status over the last four months, similar to how hemoglobin A1C reflects long-term glucose blood levels.?.? Need to confirm this but I believe I'm in the neighborhood.

I plan to check this again May 22' and hope to be riding closer to 12%....

We could have another nice buying opportunity coming our way.... if anyone has some dry powder.

 

I have a situation due to my age.
Have to transfer xx cash from my IRA to a cash account.
Last week/year (Thursday) I had already sold an approximate amount, to have cash for that transfer.
Now I need a good crystal ball for that next move.
I will be buying GBTC, could put a limit order, suggestions?

I wish I had an answer for that question and the crystal ball in my closet. Some years I’ve done better with a dollar cost average approach….say buying XX every day, every Monday, or first of every month as a few examples. Whatever fits your schedule/budget. The theory is you hit both peaks and valleys to average your base out.

I’ve also done well simply going all in one lump sum….

Wealth decisions are specific to a persons situation. I’m not good at analyzing anyone’s specific situation short of my own.

One thing I can tell you is year over year it’s always done better in Bitcoin vs. Fiat.

With the current drop an opportunity to buy a little is showing it’s face.

 

I am not ready to buy. The money is still in IRA.
Compared to my sale last Thursday, GBTC lost 10%.
So, if nothing changes, that will be my gain.
But things change quickly.

 

Will be interesting to see who’s on the sub-committee.
