Enjoyed this ^^^ thanks for sharing!

These blue zones always seem to have such a strong connection between nature, families and communities. Which makes it extremely obvious why “they” constantly want to destroy nature, the family unit and community connections.

    From article...

“Multiple studies have shown that telomeres act as a molecular marker of stress. One study evaluated telomere length in a group of adults who were tending to sick family members. Telomeres in this population were shorter compared to the average person's, age and gender aside. But when the family member recovered or care was no longer needed, telomere length returned.”

A great example of how connected we all are... We are just like the trees. As above, so below.

No tree is meant to survive alone in the forest. It is common knowledge that trees communicate through their roots using the mycelium of a fungus: intertwining with each other, checking each other's growth, feeding their comrades, sending warnings to their friends, creating a web of information not unlike the sparking neurons of the human brain. When a tree dies, often it will release the nutrients it won't use anymore into its root network, so that the trees nearby can benefit. If a pine is being attacked by bark-eating beetles, it sends signals to the other trees around it so they can marshal their defenses. Some species will steal nutrients out of the network from other trees nearby so that they can grow bigger, taller. If an overconfident sapling is growing too fast, its larger, older mother will seep away some of its food so that it slows down, keeping it from breaking through the canopy too early, which would kill it for any number of reasons (snapping, overexposure to sunlight, etc.).

    upload_2023-2-17_8-4-27.jpeg

To sum this up if one tree falls ill, the near by trees all send nutrients. For if one tree dies, the canopy is broken. Then all suffer the weather and pestilence that flood in. We are all connected in the same way and to stay healthy we can’t do it alone. In order to recover one would need to form a tribe.

During methylation, molecules called methyl groups, made of one carbon and three hydrogen atoms, latch onto various genes. Those hydrogens must be all H+ and not dueterium. H+ hydrogen = ideal redox power.

    H+ AND TOPOLOGY
Hydrogen without its sole electron is a metal plasma and as a result, it becomes an excellent electrical conductor. When hydrogen loses its electron it becomes smaller. This is a shift in its topology and topologic changes always imply size and shape changes in things made from matter.
This iso-form of hydrogen is buried in our sun and in our mitochondria. This makes it my focus on how quantum electrodynamic theory is being used both in the sun and mitochondria. It also means the force carrier between both things is being controlled wirelessly by the solar plasma. This is functional in how photosynthesis forms the food web and explains the REAL reason food is necessary. This means our mitochondrial matrix is essentially filled with ionized plasma. This is stored energy. Inside every mitochondrion resides a small electric universe that powers a cell and makes life work. This is very similar to what the sun does when it “burns” hydrogen. Burning plasma may actually be the wrong term for UNDERSTANDING this process.
When we remove an electron we shrink hydrogen to a metal plasma. Hydrogen is transformed into a tighter, more compressed package because this gives hydrogen plasma a more favorable thermodynamic profile because less space equals more dielectric capacitance, from an electrical standpoint. This makes the metal plasma of hydrogen, itself, a chameleon for electrical action.
It is an electrical phenomenon of QED theory. Hydrogen can be non-metal when it has its electron; It is also an acid, and a proton, and can act as a superconductor. It interacts with water to do some unnatural things because of its ability to proton tunnel. When we add infrared light it becomes pretty special. With 1538.5 nm photon frequency added to cell water, proton transfers in water are increased dramatically. Sunlight red light spectra go from 600-3100nm light. 1538.5 is right in the middle of this range. Proton transfers are synonymous with proton tunneling reactions and this occurs in ALL ENZYMES. Could this be why certain reactions need LESS ENZYMATIC control on things that use photosynthesis on EARTH?
Did you know every biological enzyme known to man uses proton tunneling to work properly? Have your food gurus told you that? Is this why glucose metabolism inside of you takes so many enzymes to operate? Mitochondrial input is made in electrons FROM foods. All food breaks down into electrons and protons that get fed into electron chain transport in mitochondria. The process is different at different spots in electron chain cytochromes. Could this be tied to the electromagnetic footprint of how the food was made by sunlight? YEP.

BACK TO HOW SUNLIGHT AUGMENTS THE FLOW OF H+ IN OUR CELLS TO KEEP US YOUNG

Methylation is just a proxy for the ideal flow of light hydrogen in our cells. This correlates to idealized enzymatic function due to idealize proton tunneling in enzymes. Enzymes are only optimized if water created in mitochondria is. Why? Most of the hydrogen in our cells is water and the matrix also creates DDW.

That is why this central American country has the data.

It is all mitochondriac wisdom. It also means the same thing can happen in El Salvador now that they are past their civil war and they have the added benefit of reducing monetary stress that Costa Rica does not have.

Take a look at the latitude of Costa Rica/ El Salvador and note their population density benefits. Also, note they both sit on volcanic faults of the Pacific ring. Photosynthesis is brisk in both places meaning that plant life is producing an abundance of oxygen for your colony of mitochondria. This keeps HIF-1alpha expression low. This means the PER 2 gene which controls the periodicity of the circadian mechanism becomes more accurate. These countries both are ideal for a mitochondriac and set the table for ideal methylation patterns on Earth.

The last few years have been a battle as an employer, dad, and pleb with the unnecessary shit pushed down on us all….

@Jack Kruse along with others like The Ethical Skeptic said we would come out the other stronger … but…not w/o battle scars.

Here’s my mood today…..I’m still fighting, and many can fuck off.

@Jack Kruse my wife and I were looking for a large painting of the ocean to hang in our house away from the sea.

Is a painting better than a portrait?
    Any recommendations?

Look forward to the podcast you did over the weekend and thanks again for all you provide.
