    I used to eat tahini every day! Very high in oxalates:

    Tahini---->halvah

    Buckwheat

    Give it a time and you find problems in the best tasting food.

    Not everybody who eats buckwheat and halvah gets gout. (But 100% of them enjoy seating it).
    How to recognize vulnerable peoples, so they be aware of their inclinations?
