    Methylene blue is a thiazine dye.[1] It works by converting the ferric iron in hemoglobin to ferrous iron.[3]

    Wonder if this means anything for the people who deal with high:
    serum iron
    iron saturation
    %transferrin saturation

    It has been estimated by Dr. Doug Wallace that 85-90% of modern human disease is mitochondrial based. This is controlled by one of the genomes in cells. The two genomes in cells are the nuclear genome where DNA is located and the mitochondrial genome which is bacterial based that makes all the energy in a cell. Medicine and research completely focuses in on the nuclear genome and virtually ignores the effects of the mitochondrial genome on disease propagation. I went to Vermont this weekend and challeneged my audience to see how missing this key point could lead us astray with our beliefs about obesity, another mitochondrial disease tied to a lack of AM sunlight in the Visible/IR-A/UV-A frequencies. Now to connect more dots for thos being taken advantage of by functional medicine and supplement makers selling detox solutions that enrich the messenger and do not help the patient. Mold/fungus/toxins are all made worse by nnEMF because of one reason in this picture. nnEMF descreases the amount of water a mitochondria makes inside your cell and this dehydration leads to less protection of the interior of the cell to nnEMF because water is a natural Faraday cage. So the less water your mitochondrion makes the more susceptible you become to the chronic effects of nnEMF. This is why mold/toxin/fungus are not something to avoid as your first step move in a reversal. On the surface to the non mitochondriac this sounds very wrong and counterintuitive but a mitochondriac knows the first move is to hack the environment of nnEMF to improve the amount of water inside the cell. What does this? SUNLIGHT improves the redox status fastest because it makes the most water. Focus on redox and not detox. People who have you focus on detox first are people who are looking to separate you from your dollars. Mitochondriac handbook 101. It fully explains how this process works universally with the laws of nature and not the half truths found in the functional medicine literature and given to you by a supplement maker.

    This slide above is featured in my talk in Vermont. It was the critcal piece of evolutionary data of when land based complex life first was able to take the sea with them to conquer land by having mitochondria obtain the ability to create water inside the cell in the cytosol to create a DC electric current from sunlight in wireless fashion to power a cell by making millions of free electrons in a redox pile from the coherent domains in the exclusion of water inside a cell to drive all of the 100,000 biochemical reactions that occur inside a cell per second. Electrons are designed to be excited by sunlight. Those light frequencies of excitation are captured in mitochondria in the respiratory complexes as the excited electrons fall to the ground state. This slows the speed of light in our tissues. As the light slows down in mitochondria the excited electron falls to the ground state and as it happens look at all the things that occur in a cell in instantaneous fashion. This is all the things that life requires. All of life is explained in this slide below from my talk in Vermont. It is called in phyisics a Jablonski diagram. Not that the last thing that happens is where biochemical reactions occur. This shows you that biochemistry is not even the first or second most important thing that occur in a cell. Capture of light is. And the production of a redox pile of electrons is key. And you can see the production of ROS and RNS is second and specifically occurs when light is being slowed down in the respiratory proteins as electrons funnel from cytochrome 1 to oxygen. The most highly excited electrons enter at cytochrome 1 and the ground state electrons become part of oxygen. The free radicals created by slowing light are 100% tied to the geometry between the respiratory proteins and this is what determines the disease phenotype you will get. Mitochondriac perspective 101. Everything is a light issue.

    So how could somebody who lives in an EMF hell hole hack this? Methylene blue penetrates the cell and gets into the cytosol to acts like a water analogue to make a redox pile of electrons because its absorbance spectrum is in the UV and IR range as the picture below shows. Because it absorbs these two frequencies of light like water does it is capable of being a replacement for creating free electrons (called a DC elctric current) inside a cell when the redox potential of a cell is not high enough. Mitochondriac 101. This is why heart surgeons and neurosurgery literature shows methylene blue is a huge help in brain and heart diseases and in post surgery cases.

    UV-A light stimulates NO release and this has a dramatic effect on CCO in mitochondria. Nitric oxide (NO) stops ECT of food electrons from cytochrome one to CCO. CCO= cytochrome C oxidase. What does this light connection really mean to a mitochondriac? It means in sunlight we can easily fast and drop weight because we need less food electrons if UV-A light is present. It also means UV solar light destroys the need for food electrons and is what mimics the calorie restriction effect and how ketosis is designed to work in an evolutionary framework. And how are we supposed to get ATP if we are not eating you ask?

    CCO is a red light chromophore and sunlight is 42% IR-A light that that frequency of light makes ATP without any need for food electrons.............GOT IT? Light always trumps calories from food. If you believe CICO you are ignorant of how light is optimized to work in a human mitochondria with leptin being buried under our skin absorbing UVA from the sun and IRA being buried in water surrounding leptin in the SQ regions. The benzene rings in leptin absorb the solar energy and deliver at night to the hypothalamus. The blood plasma and hemoglobin can deliever the IR-A from the sun to deliver the message to the hypothalamus at night when it is dark when melatonin is ready to clean up the mess made in mitochondria by living.

    This is how leptin resistance really looks: The benzene rings must be excited by AM sunlight. This is why anorexia and obesity are associated with leptin issues......the excitation of the electrons in leptin is the missing link for modern medicine.

    Where is leptin? Now look at what light gets to leptin SQ:


    Sunlight hits the skin and what happens? 40-60% of you blood volume goes to the surface and what light source does this help most? UVA. Look at the penetration it gets. Hb absorbs what? 250-600 nm light onto RBC's to deliver into the blood plasma which is 93% water. Did you know that MB can improve the skin's ability to absorb more light too? This is why MB is used in skin clinics. It makes you look younger because you absorb more UV-A light.

    Photons race to Earth in a timeless fashion. When they hit proteins then timing mechanisms begin. Those aromatic amino acids are the gears of the clock. Sunlight suspends matter on Earth in animation to create what we call life and time.

    All of biology has evolved to what the sun's light allows. Or what you refuse to allow in by your AM and daytime behaviors.

    Alter the frequencies you live in and you will de-complexify to what your light environment allows.

    What happens when UV-A first arrives to you daily inside your arteries?

    Look at the picture.


    During day time solar EMF's hit the surface. When UVA shows up it release NO electromagnetically from the surface and dermal pooling begins bringing the RBC's closer to the surface. This readies you to absorb 250nm -600 in your RBC's in large volumes with UVA and UVB and IR-A and B irradiation powering up the system to become a photonic pump for sunlight. Water in blood plasma absorbs most of the IR A and B. The light also stimulates the conversion of sulfates via sulfhydrl group creation by light waves slowing down on the skin. The sulfhydryl groups then are added to chlesterol and this cholesterol can be changed by UVB light to sulfated Vitamin D 3 which is very water soluble to travel in blood to get to kidny and liver and be added to the vitamin D binding protein as our storage site for excess D3 for winter time or poor UVB seasons. UVA and UVB light are the OFF SWITCH for all the pituiaty hormones that are in the blood............JANSZ you need to realize this. You dont in much of your advice. UV light is the off switch. AM light at sunrise is balanced by blue and red and is the one switch to pituitary hormone creation. This is why most of the anterior pituitary hormones are made 6AM to 10 AM. Usually at 10 AM UVA shows up. This means equatorial living getting up early is key. Why? Because UV light shows up FAST all the time. The further you go from the environment that story varies. This is why SNP's formed from an evolutionary prospective as we lost L0 haplotypes and got uncoupled haplotypes.

    The first thing that happens in sunlight crashing into water? PROTONS are excluded. The freeing of electrons comes later as the light power intensifies. Why is this big? Freeing protons makes hexagons in water = COHERENT DOMAINS in water that make what? FREE ELECTRONS in massive redox piles that will be de-localized to be used for biochemical reactions as the JABLONSKI diagram above shows. Hexagons absorb more powerful light beside IR-A and B. This is why Pollack found the 270 nm in his EZ experiments but could not explain it. I can. It is key to the Quantlet.

    Starting with incident sunlight on water generating an exclusion zone and liberating protons, within these exclusions zones develop 100 nm coherent domains of water found by DelGuidice and Preparta in 2000. These domains can rotationally oscillate creating their own coherent domain EMF's. Part of this process involves quasi-free electrons collecting at the outer edges of the coherent domains of water and quasi-free protons to collect in the center of the coherent domain. The excited electrons in the coherent domains can drop from their elevated excited state and fluoresce (release) light in the respiratory proteins that the proteins there can harvest and use to make things like free radicals. Why? When light is released and it interacts there it is slowed down. The process of slowing down creates things with mass and matter. Those things are ROS and RNS and they are used to signal many things you see below their creation on that Jablonski Diagram above. Q-cycle should make a lot of sense now because the mitochondria respiratory proteins can absorb light and re-emit it at different frequencies and this is linked to the speed of light in tissues: FERMAT's LAW. So light interacts with interfacial water to create the redox pile of available electrons increaseing intracellular electron availabity for use in chemical reactions across the board, this can be alternate supply of electrons instead of deriving it from food sources.

    " When photon energy is absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase, there is a change in the mitochondrial redox state and/or pumping of protons across the inner mitochondrial membrane [25] and an increase in ATP synthesis. There is also an increase in intracellular calcium ([Ca2+]i) which stimulates DNA and RNA synthesis [23]. REALIZE THAT the MCU pore in every tissue has a different size so this links it to the amount of calcium aloud into this cell. This is linked to incident light stimulus. It has been speculated by Tina Karu [27] that photoirradiation may intensify the transfer of electrons within cytochrome c oxidase by making more electrons available. This is what MB does to a mitochondria that cant make water. An increase in the transfer of electrons and protons accelerates oxidative metabolism which ultimately leads to increased ATP [25]. "

    This now explains how I was able to just live on barely any food when I was out in the sun a lot and absorbing photons usign cold during my Leptin Rx days via multiple biological surface interfaces and even able to put in reasonably difficult workouts without feeding myself. Humans are a light show, light can coordinate the whole process to supply the electrons with its interaction with exclusion zone water / CD's, in addition IR-A's interaction with CCO allows for free ATP generation. MB can be used to help a failing colony of mitochondria.

    Sunlight makes us vibrate more in daytime than at night = cortisol release and as the solar power drops during day so does cortisol...........when does melatonin work in pineal? When RBC's stop vibrating because we are in dark............and this causes release of melatonin from pineal after 4 hours. Darkness = no RBC vibrations = melatonin cycles. Why is the skin and retina sensitive to 5 photons? Because this is the stimulus used to raise cortisol slowly as the sun begins to rise. What draws us or addicts us to the sun? POMC makes an opiate+ beta endorphin........nature built us to be addicted to sunlight. YOU MUST SEE the SUN EVERY DAY: Leptin rx 101.

    Darkness = no light = lower temps = more electric tension in collagen = more sensitive to EMF's = receptor sensitivity = growth hormone = when leptin gets into the hypothalamus to brain to learn how much sunlight we got today = how much food we'll eat tomorrow = appetite vs sunlight.

    Man's technology is now interfering with the control the natural heartbeat of the Earth (Schumann) with technology use of light waves for communication. The ELF-waves geo-magnetic field link to the human alpha wave in the brain's EEG and it should not be yoked by frequency matching from anything man has built. Do you think man made light cannot effect your brain waves or your heart beat? You'd be dead wrong if you believe this. The reason it is possible is because nature's fabric is based upon a key fractal tied to a fractional number buried in these naturally occuring wave forms.

    Fractals are characterized by their “fractal dimension,” which is a non-integer number. The key irritional number in nature is called "phi". It is also called the golden ratio. When you divide 22 by 7 you get this number ratio. Where the dimension of a straight line is one, and a rectangle is two, a fractal line drawn on a piece of paper will have a dimension between one and two. The greater the complexity of the line, the closer its dimension is to two. Similarly, a fractal area will have a dimension between a non-fractal surface (with dimension two), and a volume (with dimension three).


    The Schumann Resonance from the Earth's core and the alpha wave of the human brain seen on an EEG are both the same frequency at 7.83 Hz. On an electroencephalogram (EEG) we get wave forms that depict the electrical activity occurring at the surface of the brain on the neocortex. The neocortex of the human brain oscillates at 40 Hz when we are healthy. Even the DNA within the nucleus oscillates at a specific electromagnetic frequency. This frequency varies by tissues because each tissue has a specific MCU pore that alters the amount of calcium that flows into a cell based upon the frequency of the incident solar light energy or man made light energy we allow our bodies to get as the picture below shows. This occurs best when dopamine levels in the brain are optimized for electrical functioning. Dopamine normally increases the signal to noise ratio in the brain, facilitating pattern recognition both in space and across time. This is key to global control of the circadian system of man. Timing and global control have to be linked for a cell to make sense of the chaos in the environments wave forms. A lack of dopamine in the retina or brain, decreases the signal to noise ratio; this decreases our ability to recognize patterns, trends, or changes in our environment.

    This causes a de-coherence in cells. This is how a physicist would explain it. A regular person would describe it as a shorting out of the system. A blown fuse, so to speak. It simulates what a "brown out" may look like in living thing. This is why people with Parkinson's disease get an expressionless faces, seem to lose their emotion, and why their muscle motions seems to slow down so much. Thinking is slowed and cognitive haze develops. These are the terms people use to describe a low dopamine state. Low dopamine states affects the global control of the organism and it also impairs the ability to change with the environmental landscape too. You become less adaptable to any change internal or external in the environment. A low dopamine state is always a signal of poor energy generation in mitochondria.

    HYBRID TANNING: COVERED IN VERMONT TALK: IR-A preconditions the skin to gt it to absorb even more UV light without the need for melanin. So this is a hack for uncoupled mitochondria.

    Please let me know how you liked it Caroline. I did this yesterday and slathered it all over myself, head to toe and I also used a large aluminum windshield panel to help reflect even more uv. I walked in the house and my daughter said, "you are black mom"! I used 1/4 cup coconut oil and started with 4 drops of the MB, but ended up adding 8 and also, pure organic jasmine oil drops too, about 30 of those. Jasmine repairs DNA. I love to just play around and see where things go from there.
