Methylene blue for chronic UTI's?

    My grandpa has been having recurring UTI's and they are very hard to treat. I worry that at some point it's going to turn to sepsis. Do you guys have any recommendations? He's kind of beyond repair in terms of making any major adjustments but i was wondering if some red light on his prostate and methylene blue would help? I would appreciate any other tips! Thank you!
