How to use each of the following categories, in order to get a measure or indication of the % of heteroplasmy ?

1/ lab tests (list lab tests)
2/ Macroscopic observations of the body functions
3/ Special tests (list special tests)

light that slowed down are the elements
    Note that mitochondria produces
So lower levels of cysteine and cystine are always seen when water is not being made
    Spectracell checks (functional) cysteine level.

some of the elements (up to 26)

Light comes from outside of universe.

Speed of gravity is much faster than speed of light.
    At least 20billion times faster
    or instantaneous.

  4. My Spectracell report shows most all values within optimal range, expect a few like: total cholesterol 248, progesterone less than 0.20, and SHBG 114.

Spectracell will let you bye with homocysteine=11
Please double-check, it should be 5-7
High can mess you up royally, possibly including SHBG
High SHBG is a sign of a mess somewhere; yours is very high.
Higher TotalTestosterone will definitely help (while messing up something else).
Check your growth hormone, but compare to what 20yo would want
    imperatively, measure IGF-1 using radioimmunoassay

    @Jack Kruse wrote about SHBG.
Please read it, and after you understand it, help me figure it up, but using second-grade level of explanations.
For now, look for (too high) estrogens in DUTCHtest results,
    4-OH-E1---->Methylation detox
    QUINONE----->Glutathione detox
low progesterone, something is stealing pregnenolone, usually to make cortisol (that your life depends on)
you may want to up on DHEAs

you would get a better picture from DUTCHtest
Other than overall picture, you would get info on two progesterone metabolites

Cholesterol 248 is ok. But look at the chart where large LDL meets small LDL.
Mine is too high there, but according to @Jack Kruse as long as it is large LDL it should be ok.

  6. You are so right on!
  7. Now to the DUTCH results - I used ZRT Laboratory
Most results except GABA, Glutamate, Histamine, Norepinephrine, Creatinine are in the toilet.

    Attached Files:

  8. I have added: pregnenolone 60 mg twice daily & DHEA 50 mg twice daily since these reports.

When you look at laboratory results
you do not want the age-adjusted evaluation
you want an evaluation of 20 yo (healthy) male (Dionysus)

While getting ready for your DUTCHtest in about 3 months from now
    consider replacing above with
    DHEA-2 pills/day
    Pregnenolone 1pill/day

This looks really off. Work on it.

Eat once/day when the sun is out.
Eat much more fat and other with high oleic acid content.
    Get your
    fasting insulin below 3
  15. Thank you for the recommendations.
As you can imagine, I currently eat one meal a day when the sun is out. I eat mostly leafy vegetables, highly dense DHEA saturated fats, salmon & oysters. Even with a carb load of less than 50 grams, I have the values you see above. I fast on a regulator basis, exercise at noon, practice yogi mornings & evenings, watch every sunrise and sunset - these I have practiced for fifty years.

I hate to break it to you, but you diabetic.
Possibly it is about your high homocysteine and the few known items that are in need of adjustment.
    Let's hope so.
    But keep measuring.

After you get your homocysteine lower
test your insulin and glucose before and after 75 grams of glucose.
Make a chart similar to the one below, but on the same chart include both (insulin and glucose).
Then compare your chart to the one on the bottom of this post.

I did that in 2008 twice.
At the time I did not realize that I was fighting my own diabetes.
As you see in my chart, it can be done.
Within two months I got rid of my diabetes.

That is the loveliest harsh news I've read in a while.

  18. Correct again - I've known I am a diabetic for over twenty years. So besides all my practices: sun, air, water, food, exercise, and rest, I have tried many nutraceuticals at various doses, tracking the results over the past twenty years. For example: berberine at low, medium and high doses -> result: higher fasting blood sugar. Cinnamon at any dose does nothing. I could fill many pages going on and on with the interventions I have employed and measured. The point that Dr. Jack Kruse makes that "you can eat shit on a shingle" if your redox is good. Most humans' redox is very poor. So I have found that any movement in the right direction toward the practices listed above can make great improvements for most individuals. These practices and interventions have not been enough to move my needle in a positive direction.

I have given you numerous suggestions.
Please make a list of what you plan to implement.
Fatty Acid Profile, Comprehensive (C8-C26), Serum
lets do all that on your tread so it will be easier to track.
Please keep me posted on your progress.
