Some folks seem to think this is like fire water! .... but honestly - we don't find it to be at all. It will depend what peppers you use of course

24 oz. organic apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 fresh hot peppers - I used long thin red hot peppers
    1/4 cup grated ginger
    2TBSP grated horseradish
2TBSP grated tumeric root - or powder I love turmeric root!

Combine all ingredients except vinegar and transfer to a mason jar.

Por in some apple cider vinegar and fill to the top. It is best if 2/3 of jar is dry ingredients and then fill with ACV

    Close and shake well

Keep jar in a cool place for two weeks

Shake well several times a day

The original recipe says, after 2 weeks to squeeze well and strain .... and drink the firewater!

But we love all the bits in it - so I don't squeeze out and just leave in the fridge and mix it thru Tuna or an omelet or a salad or whatever your heart desires!

damn Caroline, this one would put hair on you. The garlic, onion, horseradish combo is a juicy one. Have you
ever not eaten garlic or onion for 3 weeks? It's a funny thing in that you begin to be able to smell everyone else
who eats garlic and onion; especially if your on an airplane. jus sayin
