Magnetic Flux & Solar Minimum

According to NASA during Solar minimum the earths magnetic field becomes weaker, letting in more Cosmic Rays. However, when more highly charged cosmic rays are let in the flow in the magnetic dynamo in earth increases.

As the solar minimum occurs, does the equation balance slightly change from where sunlight becomes very slightly less important and magnetism become slightly more important. During solar minimum, would one be wise to optimise their magnetic flux as the energy obtained from this source is becoming more important?

Actually, it becomes more important.......and what is the only place that has diurnal and seasonal light stability on a planet with a 23.4 degree tilt?

    The equatorial regions.

Will seafood increase in a solar minimum due to colder waters?
