Low EMF digital wristwatches - are solar powered batteries worse than regular batteries?

Is the electrical pollution(nnEMF)/dirty electricity worse on a "solar powered rechargeable battery" or a regular battery ? I'm choosing a new watch (part of my strategy to further decrease my use of cell phone)

    Solar powered

    battery powered

I tend to believe that the solar battery might be worse for the same reason solar power inverters aren't great for health but I'm not sure.

    EDIT:
I posted the question on reddit to some electricians and none even believe that EMFs are an issue...sad

I know that mechanical watches (no battery) will definitely be the safest but unfortunately none of the ones in my price range have countdown timer function.
