    Overall, nice video but...
Dr Christiane Northrup is rather late to the game, at least 20 years late
I would have suffer much less had this info (and testing) were available to me in 1997.
    Still,
Circadian Rhythm is mentioned there once.
I do not think there is a word Light, sunlight, there.

My boat was not much larger than this one. 29' with 2 inboards, 300 gallons tanks.
We came there in the evening for the night fishing. 100 miles of from Point Pleasant NJ.
It was a mouth of Hudson Canyon, lots of buoys from lobster pots, we would attach to one of them.
Whale like this decided to show up on one side then dived under our boat to show up on the other side.
We were hoping that hi will dive deep enough and he did.
    It was interesting night.

I laugh because as always, we wave our major misunderstanding aside. The laugh is more like a, that is the saddest statement about something that has been “proven” by experiment.

I just started reading the paper.

You get rid of the high insulin, the blood pressure will come down.
Blood pressure will come down in everybody who has high insulin.
There is no exception to that.

Where do you get pig lard from. The problem I have is that the main consumers if lard here are of Mexican decent and they don't seem to care if it's hydrogenated.

Sorry, I likely still may have too much red light around me.

    That lard tastes ugly.
I am not going to buy it anymore.
To be able to eat it I have added some oregano/majeran(ek) to it, to cover the taste.
I was raised on honest lard, that I love to eat straight, so I taste the difference.

When you bake bacon you can save the lard.
Or heat tiny cut fat bacon, long time, low heat and get
