I keep laughing at the thought of you popping out your device to take a picture of the young dude dying.

I keep imagining that right after he gets pulled back from the light you're right up in his face telling him he needs a calcium score and a dutch test while he's wishing he just stayed in the light!

JanSz...Love the pics, thanks! Also love your tan -- I am getting there. Your lion's mane of white hair, though, is causing me a little pang of envy.

Yeah...I guess I'm going to have to go for the bald bodybuilder look. All I need is some bigger muscles and I'm there.

    Ground rice -- bad news
Whole grains of rice -- different story

Pasta made of rice flour ---->bad news

    Grounding makes the grains bad.

Wonder how using mixers, macerators, coffee grinders, etc alters glycemic index of food we eat.

I am guilty of mixing eggs thoroughly.

Kutia is made of the whole grain wheat.
not really whole grain, the outer husk is taken out.

Not really sure about grains of rice.
When I look at them it looks like the top surface maight have been taken off.

Whole grain of wheat when cooked looks like very very sticky rice.

Hi, JanSz...Guilty here, too. In general, though, this graph points to food processing in general as a way to ruin the power of food.

I have heard opinions about good side of rice eating.
So I thought there may be something special in rice that is missing in say wheat.
But looking at the chart it made me realize (or reinforced in me) the idea that it is not about the grains in them selves
    it is about grinding them
    multiplying size of reaction surface
speeding up process of digestion multiple times.

Right on...chemically, life's reactions (e.g., digestion) are molar interactions. More molecules colliding with one another, more reactions. In the back of my mind, though, I have a nagging thought that I am missing whatever might be happening that is non-linear. JK woke me up to this possibility. I need more brain gestation time for figuring this out.

    [Verse 1]
    When I got to Memphis
To put my ol' baby down
    Despair was all aroud me
    Confusion is what I found
So I called me the sheriff
I said bring my wife the gun
But please don't let her hurt me now
    That girl just havin' fun

    He said
I can't take you to heaven
    I can't save your soul
    I can't promise forever

    Hey, yeah save my soul
Got my heart in your hands
    I can't feel my soul

    [Verse 2]
Well I found me a doctor
To get me what I need
    Paranoia had surround me
Smoke and fire is what I see
So he hands me a bible
    To take my last stand
But the devil he done ignore me
While the doctor does all he can

    He said
I can't take you to heaven
    I can't save your soul
    I can't promise forever

I can't feel, feel my soul
I got my heart in your hands
    I can't feel
I got my heart in your hands
I can't feel, feel my soul

The Men Who Built America (also known as The Innovators: The Men Who Built America) is a six-hour, four-part miniseries docudrama which was originally broadcast on the History Channel in the Fall of 2012, and on the History Channel UK in Spring of 2013.

The series focuses on the lives of Cornelius Vanderbilt, John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, J. P. Morgan and Henry Ford and how their industrial innovations and business empires revolutionized modern society.

The series is directed by Patrick Reams and Ruan Magan and is narrated by Campbell Scott.

Cornelius Vanderbilt, John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, J.P. Morgan and Henry Ford are names synonymous with innovation and big business in America. They all built empires and created advances in technology.

They helped shape the country in its early days by doing things such as developing the models for modern railroads, creating the modern financial system and making cars accessible to the masses.

The men came from meager beginnings to build their respective empires, which helped formulate the concept of the American Dream. This series profiles the lives of these early visionaries and includes perspectives from such modern business icons as Mark Cuban, Alan Greenspan, T. Boone Pickens and Jack Welch.

Being a black swan is really waging war on what created this paradigm

Both Political Parties in the American political system are behind this scheme and only an outsider threatens it.
Today, that outsider was elected by the people in the 2016 election.

So far the basis of quantum mechanics says that is a pipe dream to believe that cause and effect is an absolute truth in reality

in the quantum mechanical experiments over the last 80 years, the data reveal that

cause and effect might really be an illusion built around probability.

This offends most humans common sense, but it is a very true statement.
