Low Cortisol Levels

Discussion in 'Optimal Labs' started by Eddie Garza, Apr 29, 2015.

  1. LOL, Alpo Purina for the win! I knew there must be a more cost-efficient antiviral out there somewhere. Does it pair well with Chateau Latour 1975?

  3. When you will start functioning at the level I observe Jack to be in the blogs, webinars, Facebook posts, and miscellaneous other threads --- then I will start listening with keen ears what you have to say about fatty acids. But what do I know? I'm just a low-dopamine medical hack.

    @SatoriHeart
Not to throw a spotlight on your faux pas, but it's Veuve Cliqout that pairs with Alpo. Latour pairs better with MeowMix.

How many billions of people came to life since Jiddu made that quote?
From above, how many millions (or billions) were born with technological assistance.
There is increasingly more of us and we are de-generating.
    Something will eventually give.
There is so many of us that there are no good places around to be had.
(Just look at your own trepidation when cedar pollen is about to show up.)
Since Jiddu said those words it got worst.
Ok, what he said is correct, does that extended my life by one day?
    theory, poetry, feels good
    Lets look for practical solutions.

  7. How Many People Can Earth Support?

My opinion? The sweet spot is likely around 10,000,000 ... globally. Overcrowding is the single biggest modern problem. Imagine the universal abundance and options for optimal living if populations in your area were decreased by a factor of even 10.

But no one has the balls to touch the topic of eugenics. And as a result --- the lowest common denominator in human consciousness continues to expand, creating a mass Duning-Kruger effect in the populations at large. The least intelligent opinions on human biology have become the de facto standard.

Low cortisol thread. Indeed. This topic raises my cortisol, LOL.

    Earth is relatively big place.

If there was a space ship with a crew, going to the place where only third or fourth generation would reach the goal.
Wonder how they would manage population control.

It generally wouldn't make sense to put that meter in between the wire and rod. The premise is that a 15GHZ or so signal will be riding the neutral/ground of the whole grid. Your amp-meter likely doesn't operate at 15GHz. If it does, you payed $15k or more.

I'm not as worried about suburban grounding rods as I am high-rise occupants whose "ground" is an antenna itself close to cell towers. The further from actual ground you get your "ground" is so much ground anymore.

I'm hip to the skin effect. High frequencies behave very differently than most people think. The good news is that high frequencies are killed by dielectric effect and distance of the non-"ideal" wires used in all systems. Wires, especially at high frequencies, are not ideal conductors by a long stretch and serve as filters to high frequencies. I've had to design around this loss at around 2.5GHz . People I've worked with at around 10+GHz have to use every trick in the book to not lose their signal over short distances (like inches) and have had to use crazy materials like a glass piece with a "puff" of atomized silver deposited on it.

Again, though, like @Barry might say, context matters. Are thee some people whose grounds will become dirtier? Probably.

In the view of your post above,
    does warning:
"You might want to move away from the grounding rods in your house when 5G shows up."
    is valid?

If I live 100 feet from a tower, then maybe yes.

If I live 1000 yards from a tower, then maybe no.

Water you drink is not that important.
    That is what I thought.

    The waiting time with selenium,
    the gradual increases with Lugols
    are
mainly due to one (legendary) person who had a hard time with this process.
Most others who complained are either exaggerating or trying to get attention or have other reasons.
    Your mileage may vary.
You are you own person responsible for what you take.

    ===============================
    Think Lugols (not just iodine),
    when you see this words:

    heart arrhythmia
    atrial fibrillation (AF or A-fib)
    heart disease
    ovary disease
    breast disease
    fibrocystic breasts
    menopausal problems and hot flashes
    muscle wasting
    hypo- and hyperthyroid disease
    brain fog
    dementia and Alzheimer’s
    osteoporosis
    premenstrual tension
    everyone on thyroid hormone medication

    bromine
    chlorine
    fluorine
    mercury
    lead

    //////////////////

    Think borax, boron
    when someone looses height
    Jorge Fletchas
    //////////////////////////////
    Speaking about iodine,
    take information first from:
    David Brownstein
    Jorge Fletchas
    Guy Abraham
    //////////////////////////////

    Betadine, ?????? be carefull

Betadine = Povidone iodine (PVP-Iodine), iodopovidone

    antiseptic on skin cuts ok
I think there may be a problem with larger amounts on skin or inside body as during surgery.
    Do not eat it.

Live to 110 Podcast #162 Rethinking Iron Supplementation with Morley Robbins

    low ferritin is desirable

iron grows whe ceruloplasmin is low
ceruloplasmin when low it may be due to
    taking vit D supplement
    low copper
    low magnesium
    corn syrup
    calcium supplement
    vit C

    Iron panel must have ceruloplasmin
    magnesium, rbc
    zinc, plasma
    copper, serum
    ceruloplasmin, serum
    transferrin, serum
    iron, serum
    TIBC
    %saturation =(serum,iron)/(TIBC)
    ferritin

On his vebsite are test packages

It is not about gluten sensitivity (and celiac),
it is about fortification with iron (in USA),
in Europe they do not enrich with iron (and people who are supposedly gluten sensitive) do not have a problem eating wheat.

    Ferritin no more than (20-50)

    phlebotomy
    apple cider vinegar
    colostrum (contains ceruloplasmin)
    corcitin???
    phytic acid
    CoQ10
    magnesium

when low ferritin, below 50, do his potocol
