Note that the light you posted do not have power supply.
I assume that power supply is available at additional cost.
The light that I posted above
looks about the same, same 96 lights,
but it comes with a plug for 110 or 220v

Still not home yet to look at the links above but wanted to share this:

For Infrared it says that wave lengths more commnly used are: 880, 940 and 950 nanometers.

Here is a 4 page exerpt I turned into a PDF highlighting various specs for both the red light and infrared therapy:

Here is a link to the full document which is 125 pages and covers specs plus how to apply the red LED and infrared therapeutically for various health issues. They do mention Dr. Whelan’s work with light and the mitochondria.

Catherine Prosser No one has mentioned geopathic stress.this is a complex but very relevant subject and should go in the 'dig' deeper section. To some it may appear to be 'woo woo' but ancient cultures and our ancestors knew about this and major buildings were built taking into account where lines were sited..(cities, churches and major monuments are built on major earth energy spots)simple solutions such as moving the bed may be all that is need. To find the lines best to use a specialist 'Geomancer' or BioGeometrist. Therefore the siting of the bed is just as important as all the other posts on this topic, because.sleeping over crossing lines can have potential negative health affects..similar affect to nnEMF..most of the 20th century research on this subject comes from Germany..happy reading! http://geomancygroup.org/secular-space/geopathic-stress/

[IMG]3. & 4. Beds of the Frank couple. Here the wife sleeps on a cancer area: water, geological fault and grid line crossing in the stomach area. No trouble for 25 years as life style was holistic. After the resistance had been broken at last, disease set in, probably with cancer of the ovaries, metastases in liver and lung. Treatment in hospital for a fortnight with Zytostatica remained futile. Died six weeks later.

Here are the Home Cleaning Products I recommend:
    [IMG]1. Basic H2®

An unbelievable 48 gallons of super-safe, really powerful, double-concentrated clean comes out of this one little 16-ounce bottle. Basic H2® can be turned into many different products: window/glass cleaner (instead of Windex), general household cleaner (instead of Fantastic), car wash for interior and exterior, carpet cleaner, fine washables (instead of Woolite). And that's just for starters. When purchasing Basic H2®

I recommend you also order the Get Clean®Caddy Organizer Kit along with the Basic H2® so you will have the spray bottles and other accessories to make your different cleaners from your concentrate. It is not complicated. I will be happy to send you a pdf file that gives all the directions for use as well as all the benefits.

Catherine Prosser Find your local Geomancing society and they may be able to dowse at not too much cost. Also read the above article to distinguish the difference between water and ley/Geopathic lines. Dowsing rods (wire rods) or even a pendulum will find them. Geopathic stress lines are stronger than water lines and you can feel the difference..BUT be aware that dowsing these lines is also engaging with the energy that they contain, so this is not something you go out and spend hours a day doing and do not do if your are feeling ill. Through your local Geomancing society you should be able to find a dowsing course...but they mayn't t distinguish the different lines. I learnt my skills from BioGeometry and we use pendulums that we calibrate to determine which lines are which (a Biogeometry practitioner is skilled in this).

    good, detailed information
that does not come often enough

    1. wavelengths and Colors, 630, 660, 670, 880, 940, 950, (660 preferred)
    2. Brightness (5000- 9000 milicandless)
    3. number of LEDs, odd, primary number is best
    4. Mode of operation, both steady, and 250 to 270 pulse cycles/second
    5. LED Configuration of LEDs on the unit and Penetration
    6. cost

    Looking at #6
My RubyLux ALL RED High Intensity LED Bulb 640 to 660nm
    with 38 LEDs
    Looks much better.
Prime number 37 (should I just tape over one of the LEDs)?
    The center one looks promising???
.22 caliber shell will likely just fit over it.

I move my bed around often because of this..I live 1300 feet up the side of Mauna Kea on Big island Hawaii...I wonder if geographic stress is the key to some things that bother me. Otherwise I feel I am in a perfect location all things considered...I love Basic H by the way. I have had gallons last for years until I moved to Hawaii and it molded faster than I could use it. Now I just buy the quart size.makes water wetter..

In 360 BC, the famous Greek philosopher Plato wrote about a battle between his city Athens and a great empire named Atlantis. In two of his books, 'Timaeus' and 'Critias', Plato describes this war that ended when Atlantis disappeared in the ocean, due to "violent earthquakes and floods". According to Plato, all this happened 9.000 years before his time which would be at least 9.400 BC, some 12.400 years ago.

    @Jack Kruse
If someone sleeps daily erratic lengths of time
he is exposed to a jet lag.

    In your lattes blog
    you are making reference to:
Molecular Clocks throughout Body, Not Just Brain, Keep Tissues Humming

    There is a sentence there:
Anyone who has ever flown east or west at 500 knots for more than a few hours has experienced firsthand what happens when the body's internal clock does not match the time zone in which it finds itself. Up to a week may be needed to get over the resulting jet lag—depending on whether the master clock, which is located deep inside the brain, needs to be advanced or slowed to synchronize when the body and brain want to sleep with when it is dark outside.

I was more interested in the NIR spectrum that isn't dicey. IF that exists I am not really sure if what I am saying makes sense or not. I use an infrared light bulb sauna but according to instruments there isn't very much NIR as purported by all the people that sell the light bulb saunas. Meaning there is so little NIR that even if you spent 24 hours with the light pointed at you it wouldn't have any remarkable effects of healing from the NIR. The healing effects are mostly due to the heat and fever therapy from the heat lamps.

So the NIR frequency that is supposed to be in the sauna is the NIR I'd like to use in the form of diodes, where there would be enough NIR to make health effects. I'd like to make a 16 x 16 inch platform to use on my body and/or face. The lady at the BulletProof conference makes one. I don't know what frequency she uses in it though. Not sure if she uses a frequency that is safer to use for more than a couple of minutes but that is what she indicated to me when I asked her about it at her both.

I will be attending a meeting at Steve Fowkes home next month and will ask him all my light frequency questions. I am sure he will be happy to give me details that I can actually do something with practically instead of trying to guess at what is correct. I can't absorb all the data in the papers, blogs, videos most of it is way over my head and very confusing.

If I can get enough of the right details together I will organize it in a PDF and share it with everyone by posting it here.

I'm right there with you - half the research chats about laser beams anyway... which makes it even more confusing - I just go out into the morning sun like the good doc tells us to do:) My rubilux 660nm bulb died a few days ago, so aside from shining the UV/IR one in my mouth, I think my IR hack days are numbered:) That IR 850nm CCD camera light did feel amazing though - one thing I did learn this morning is rubbing Lugol's on your neck will screw up any IR therapy for a couple of days - Russian research - I think it's - again - too much antioxidants screw up the ROS burst maybe - that part's fuzzy for me as well:)

It's great to have you back on the forum BTW:)

Modern lifestyle perturbs the human circadian system in 3 primary ways:
    shift work,
exposure to prolonged hours of artificial light, and
    erratic eating patterns
Circadian disruption is detrimental to health and can lead to metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity [8]. Circadian clocks are tightly coupled to cellular metabolism and respond to lighting and feeding schedules. The beneficial impact upon health of strategies such as a
    regular lifestyle,
    caloric restriction, and
    regular exercise

likely stems from their effect on strengthening and maintaining synchrony of the circadian system.
distinguish effects of natural healthy aging (senescence)
    from those associated with
    disease and predisease (senility).
damping of circadian rhythms with advancing age
Caloric restriction is the only intervention that has been repeatedly demonstrated to prolong life spans across taxa [8] and to reduce cancer incidence in mammals
the amplitude of circadian rhythms was generally increased when food intake was restricted to a single daily ‘meal'

    Boosting NAD

The theory behind the pill is built on work first pioneered in Guarente’s lab on sirtuins, a group of enzymes involved in cell metabolism and energy production that are common to a wide range of living organisms. Researchers have found that boosting the activity of sirtuins, which is sometimes done by calorie restriction diets, can extend lifespan of yeasts, worms, mice, and other animals.

There are also natural compounds that elevate sirtuins—one is resveratrol, which is already sold as a dietary supplement today. Another is called NAD.

NAD—Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide—is one of the most compelling bits of chemistry related to aging. Its presence in the body is directly correlated with the passage of time: An elderly man will have about half the levels of NAD is his body as a young person. There’s no amount of healthy eating or exercise that can stop the decline. But in a scientific paper published in 2013 that generated headlines about "reversing aging," Harvard’s Sinclair showed that after a week of giving two-year-old mice a boost of NAD, their tissues looked more like six-month-old mice.

Scientists agree that cellular health is fundamental to overall well-being. Basis is designed to optimize NAD+ levels and sirtuin function in our cells to support our most critical metabolic processes like cellular detoxification, DNA repair and energy production.

Peroxisome, membrane-bound organelle occurring in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells. Peroxisomes play a key role in the oxidation of specific biomolecules. They also contribute to the biosynthesis of membrane lipids known as plasmalogens. In plant cells, peroxisomes carry out additional functions, including the recycling of carbon from phosphoglycolate during photorespiration. Specialized types of peroxisomes have been identified in plants, among them the glyoxysome, which functions in the conversion of fatty acids to carbohydrates.

    peroxisome: typical cells
Eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound organelles, including a clearly defined nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplasts (unique to plant cells), a Golgi apparatus, an endoplasmic reticulum, lysosomes, and peroxisomes.
