  6. QFT & QM have been wrong about a great many things. All the theoretical "physics" which has grown out of these errors have not helped.

Please take a moment to read my posts on
I'm not making videos on my posts yet. I'm only posting here on Dr @Jack Kruse site with the hope I may develop a dialog...

  7. In the posted video, Dr Anthony Leonardi starts out covering the subject of T-cells intelligently; however, by the middle of his talk, he dives into pseudo-medical-science, stating he will be taking the COVID-19 boosters every 2 to 3 months for the next unknown future. Why? Because it doesn’t seem to be working <- that’s his recommendation.

It's sad to see what seems to be intelligent medical doctors can get so easily confused about the science!

  9. Please compare this video from (Dr Retsef Levi MIT specialist) with the Canadian doctor's report
The Canadian doctor did not seem to understand why T-cells effect Myocarditis.

    Dr. Retsef states:

“Since myocarditis is known to be hard to diagnosis, because it often has vague symptoms and can even be sub-clinical with no symptoms,” he said. “It’s also known to be a frequent cause of out-of-the-hospital sudden cardiac arrest, especially among young people. I was very concerned that it would not be detected by the existing vaccine safety surveillance systems.”
Levi explained that upon examining data from Israel’s National Emergency Medical Services (EMS), he found a 25% spike in emergency medical services for heart problems in young adults ages 16-39 in 2021 compared to 2019.

If we (those on Dr @Jack Kruse) site would like to study why the COVID vaccine is so effective at injuring humans, may I present IL-10.

The COVID product was developed and funded by the US Department of Defense Bio-weapon division -> just follow the funding documents and their patents.

I have a lots of root canals and even more implants.
Some implants are about 40 years old.
They were installed by one woman dentist.
At first, she was about just from school, latter she was teaching in dental school.
    Eventually she retired.

My idea of teeth is that I like them to look good but not as machine perfect dentures.
So, I like some imperfections to be visible.
Presently I do not go for teeth or gums cleaning at dental office. Think that it is not only wasted money but mostly it is hurtful.

Couple years ago, I was in the need of new dental work.
I was amazed watching my new dentist.
    Everything computerized including bridges printing.
    Note printing.
This is how Elon Musk makes new thin, light, strong, repeatable rockets.
This likely how Egyptian (highly symmetrical) (huge) statues were made by civilization before Egyptian came in there.
What he did mostly worked for the first time, but he was not satisfied and calling me back many times for the next versions, asking if it is any better.
His first-time trials were likely better than the finished work that was done previously.

    On your question Martha
    1. find good dentist that is patient and highly computerized.

Alopecia Areata is an inflammatory, non-scarring hair loss associated with autoimmune conditions. It is more commonly seen with thyroid disorders and vitiligo, but alopecia areata has also been linked to diabetes, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus.

Role of vitamin D deficiency in systemic lupus
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5743852/
Vitamin D is one of the main groups of sterols; playing an important role in phospho-calcic metabolism. The conversion of 7-dehydrocholesterol to pre- vitamin D3 in the skin, through solar ultraviolet B radiation, is the main source of vitamin D. Since lupus patients are usually photosensitive, the risk of developing vitamin D deficiency in is high in this population.

Alopecia Areata is a common autoimmune disease. It causes hair loss in unpredictable areas. Roughly 2% of the entire human population has this disorder. Although the area of effect is unpredictable, it can sometimes occur in the nape area of the scalp. It is called “ophiasis” when it occurs in the nape area.

Very Good Video. I worked on my dental a lot from about 2012 to 2016... watched multiple Dental Summits and visited over 10 biological dentists none easily accessible to where I live. I had Biocomp Labs dental materials testing https://biocomplabs.com/ done but my former local conventional dentist who was interested in working with me retired years ago and this urgent #5 project is my first work with a new local (conventional) dentist.
I am working with him to fix #5.
I had a lot of dental work my entire life and by the grace of God had most all my metal amalgam taken out one by one over time. But even the Biological Dentists I have seen have been challenging for me. I feel certain my experiences have purpose and while I am sometimes discouraged I know God has a reason for all that I do not understand... not all things are good but all things are working for good.

Thank you John for sharing that video and for your kindness.

Łącząc IG danego pokarmu z tym, ile zawiera on węglowodanów – otrzymujemy drugi ważny parametr: ładunek glikemiczny (ŁG).

Dość teorii, oto praktyczne zasady diety o niskim IG i ŁG.

6 zasad diety o niskim IG i ŁG

Zasada nr 1. Unikaj przetworzonej żywności zbożowej. Jeśli jadasz takową, zamień ją na pełnoziarnistą. Ma ona więcej węglowodanów nieprzyswajalnych, stąd ma niższy IG i ŁG. Lepszym więc wyborem będą np. makaron razowy, chleb żytni razowy i kasza gryczana, niż jasne pieczywo, biały ryż i kasza manna.

Zasada nr 2.

Zasada nr 5.

IG marchwi surowej to 30, gotowanej – aż 85.

    Według mnie wystarczy
zastosować te 6 dość prostych wskazówek, żeby znacząco obniżyć indeks glikemiczny naszej diety, a w związku z tym, aby podnieść jej walory zdrowotne.
