A New Way to Age: The Most Cutting-Edge Advances in Antiaging Hardcover – January 7, 2020

Targetted peptides (underlined above) got my attention.
    when googling I found that
    Desmopressin nasal spray
    is one of them.
Noctiva™ nasal spray is used to treat nocturnal polyuria in adults who awaken two or more times to urinate at night.
Overall/generally, we are talking about drinking less water (for the reason of better living).

The idea sounds familiar, but being noted/ promoted not by a doctor.
For reasons that are observational rather that scientifically supported.
Now, will have to (possibly) find out which of the multitude of quoted doctors, have given her that idea.

    My kidneys are ok.
My testis was completely shot at first (with testosterone use), latter (with HCG use) they and scrotum are physically back there.
I know some people nearing kidneys dialysis, possibly TRH would be helpful for them.
Suzanne Sommers raves about TRH, many different ways.
She uses 5mg sublingual TRH (Abaris) first thing in the morning.
She is getting it from www.antiaging-systems.com

TRH is digested in the gut.
I am thinking that subcutaneous injections may be better. The problem is how to figure out the subcutaneous dose?
From my experience when using testosterone, 150mg of weekly testosterone subcutaneous injection was giving me (about) the same Total Testosterone levels as two pumps of Androgell 1.62% daily.
One pump activation of Androgel 1.62% gives 20.25 mg testosterone.
    14*20.25=283.5mg weekly (trans-dermal)
References (good idea to review all available references).
Eight medication-free inpatients with refractory depression received 500 micrograms of protirelin via a lumbar intrathecal injection and an identical sham lumbar puncture procedure, separated by 1 week, in a double-blind crossover design.
Twenty-six depressed patients free of any medication received 0.2 mg of Protirelin (synthetic TRH) intravenously and 16 received placebo.
    high-dose thyrotropin releasing hormone
    0.1 mg/kg TRH, 0.3 mg/kg TRH
    This study suggests that high-dose TRH can be safely administered to AD patients and is neurobehaviorally active;

    TRH Thyrotropin 50mg

    This is what is missing.
Companies should have a variety of incentives, tax breaks, that would induce them to train workers/managers/doctors/etc.

Schools, colleges, should be made to compete for students.
Money assigned to a student should go with him, to pay for school of his or his parents choice, state or private schools.
    Not everybody is college material.
Nobody should pay for school and end with school debt.
Anybody who wants to go to a trade school or any college
    should be able
to first, find a company that would pay for his/her training
have a guaranteed job (not wages) for the same length as it took to complete the school.

It is acceptable that part of population will not be trained.
Their needs should be addressed by the churches of their faith, the price should be that they should not be able to vote.

I am guessing that the biggest problem Jack will have is this sentence:

As there is a focus on Deuterium in this group (Heavy Hydrogen) i feel its important to take into consideration all health related benefits of hydrogen as well so we will be expanding our group focus to include Brown's Gas inhalation along with Electrically Expanded Water that is now being considered (under discussion with officials like Dr Pollack) as actual 4th phase water. Browns gas is essentially 'wet vapour', it is a plasma form of H20, whereas EZ water is H302 and not actual H20 in that it does not have the same molecular formula. It has taken on the name as 4th phase but after George Wiseman's presentation below, you can see how it may be soon retracted as a misnomer by Dr Pollack. He hasn't put out any official statements on this yet, but much discussion between him and George seem to point to such a deduction we may be able to anticipate in the future.
Please watch this presentation by George Wiseman at the 2019 Water Conference to learn more:
I just purchased an AquaCure machine of his and will be sharing my experiences with it. And YES, he has shared it is a great combo therapy to inhale Brown's Gas while depleting deuterium. Therapies are supportive of one another, which is some great news! He has kindly offered our community 10% off his units with community code "HT10" at www.healingtogether.org/AquaCure

What have your experiences been with Brown's Gas?

    Melanocyte-stimulating hormone
The melanocyte-stimulating hormones, known collectively as MSH, also known as melanotropins or intermedins, are a family of peptide hormones and neuropeptides consisting of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), β-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (β-MSH), and γ-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (γ-MSH) that are produced by cells in the pars intermedia of the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland.

Synthetic analogues of α-MSH, such as afamelanotide (melanotan I; Scenesse), melanotan II, and bremelanotide (PT-141), have been developed and researched.

    Melanin-concentrating hormone

Melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH) is a cyclic 19-amino acid orexigenic hypothalamic peptide originally isolated from the pituitary gland of teleost fish, where it controls skin pigmentation.[1] In mammals it is involved in the regulation of feeding behavior, mood, sleep-wake cycle and energy balance.[2]

    Clinical significance
    Depression and anxiety
    Skin cancers

    Radiotrophic fungus

'Radiotrophic fungi are fungi which appear to perform radiosynthesis, that is, to use the pigment melanin to convert gamma radiation[1] into chemical energy for growth.
