    There are types of people.
One havem no influence on how they are build.
But we mostly are able to influence our fat content.

Is there a way to figure life expectancy of fit people, in each group (male and female)
    ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph?

Peroxisomal beta-oxidation yields little ATP and much heat; carbs can't enter this pathway; so is this the safety valve that makes fat over-supply less fattening than carb?

    https://feinmantheother.com/
Feinman admitted that it was the most substantial body of work on low-carbohydrate diets that did not study any low-carbohydrate diets.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peroxisome
    Metabolic functions
A major function of the peroxisome is the breakdown of very long chain fatty acids through beta oxidation. In animal cells, the long fatty acids are converted to medium chain fatty acids, which are subsequently shuttled to mitochondria where they eventually are broken down to carbon dioxide and water.
    -------

    medium chain fatty acids
    C6:0 Caproic acid
    C8:0 Caprylic acid
    C10:0 Capric acid
    C12:0 Lauric acid
    ----------------
Short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) are fatty acids with aliphatic tails of five or fewer carbons (e.g. butyric acid).[6]
Medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA) are fatty acids with aliphatic tails of 6 to 12[7] carbons, which can form medium-chain triglycerides.
Long-chain fatty acids (LCFA) are fatty acids with aliphatic tails of 13 to 21 carbons.[8]
Very long chain fatty acids (VLCFA) are fatty acids with aliphatic tails of 22 or more carbons.
    ------------------
Odd-chain fatty acids are those that contain an odd number of carbon atoms in the structure. In order to carry out the oxidation of Odd-Carbon Fatty Acids, there are three additional enzymes required.

By using all four evaluation standards they were better able to weed out fake oils, of which 86% of the oils they had looked into were not “extra virgin” but a much lower grade of virgin olive oil.

    https://holistickenko.com/fake-olive-oil-lampante/
    -----------------
Most olive oil that is exported from Italy is rancid olive oil from Italy mixed with extra virgin olive oil from Spain.
    ------------------
Although ‘extra virgin” can no longer be taken as an absolute, not seeing it printed on a label is a strong indicator to stay far away.
    ------------------
Best Countries to buy Olive Oil From
    1. Chile or Australia – it’s a toss-up between the two. Both countries hold very high standards for olive oil production. Neither country participates in carrying over old olive oil to compensate for the lack of new olive oil production. Purchase these oils only during the fall and winter.

As I did at the third deuterium reduction conference in Budapest four years ago (https://youtu.be/mRymm6gBZ10),) and now it was reported by the American Chemical Society (ACS) (https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ja00330a071),). The Magnetic Resonance of proton and deuterium Spectrum Covers each other, they can be replaced. Thus, the ratio of these levels, along with the natural enrichment and distribution of deuterium, is also used to test organic chemical reactions and kinetic ozone effects in the natural tissue. The effect of deuterium in very significant organic chemical reactions is already well-Visible Magnetic Resonance with spectral tests according to Princeton Researchers! There is no need, unnecessary for deuterium metabolism https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/30140744/

[QU OTE="Jack Kruse, post: 279510, member: 1031"]If you read the new blog today, Relations Redox #5 on my Patreon site you will get your lesson further extended today with this: Methylene blue oxidizes NADH into NAD+ and raises it endogenously. DID YOU KNOW THIS? You do not need any fancy exogenous supplements to do it. MB increases the NAD+/NADH ratio. The key most mitohacks miss this effect and it is not the ratio that matters but the fact that the H+ in NADH comes from the TCA cycle and it must be H+ and not deuterium isotope format. If it is deuterium the NADH/NAD+ couple at cytochrome one is destroyed and this slows ECT speeds and ruins the Q-cycle as the respiratory proteins get further apart because of the atomic radius of deuterium compared to H+. This lowers ATP production and it stops fat burning via beta-oxidation. Thereby, it increases AMPk pathways and glucose utilization and raises insulin levels and shortens your life. Just light alone can cause this insulin effect. No carbs are needed to get this when you live under nnEMF and blue light. Moreover, it tells you there is too much deuterium in the matrix via UCP-2 and this indirectly explains why ATP production is slowed and there are unusual excessive free radical signals being made via the Fenton reaction. This is why David Sinclair's Dec 2013 paper on NAD+ and pseudohypoxia are forever linked in aging and mitochondrial pathology. Sinclair is now trying to sell people a supplement that is high priced to do the same thing dirt cheap MB does. Be smarter than that. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17928358[/QUOTE]

I am summarizing health care for us.

    1. we have to live where we are

    2. maximize sunlight exposure because it reinforces proper timing (it is information source)(not much of energy)

    3. maximize carnivorous diet (animals not plants)
(problem---->>normally when we do that, we eat muscles and little fat, we are missing minerals and other compounds, that are in kidneys, heart, pancreas, thymus, thyroid, brains of animals)

    4. drink DDW-25 only (but very little, to allow mitochondria to make matrix water which is a source of (humongous amounts) of energy that otherwise is missing. (This approach also maintains the thirst-ADH-urinary system working as designed).

    5. Use (MB) Methylene Blue (0.2mgMB/kg body weight daily).
USP grade MB powder dissolved in water, use by mouth, daily.
Discussion about IV intravenous MB applications is for ICU (Intensive Care in hospital settings), not for daily life maintenance.

    Question:

Where to get (USP grade MB powder)?

    ////////////////////////////////////////////////
    time 8:30
we make water in mitochondria by synthesizing hydrogen and oxygen

photosynthesis is breaking groundwater into hydrogen and oxygen
hydrogen is picked up by CO2
plants are producing oxygen, not from CO2 but ground water (9:15)
hydrogen is used to capture CO2
and this is how glucose, fatty acids, and amino acids are produced in plants

animals are turning hydrogen into fat

humans are eating meat and fat; they produce energy by burning food (9:50) hydrogen and restoring water. (combustion reaction)(as in car engine or human cells)(end at 10:14)

    1. try a compounding pharmacy

    2. try a chemical company ... eg sigmund aldrich ... their versions are mainly for chemical research.. and may not be prepared for human use ... but doesn't mean it isn't always compatible.

    3. dunno. deep web?
