Hydronium is the aqueous cation (H3O+)produced by the protonation of bulk water(H2O)and itis the positive ion present when protons, i.e. positively charged hydrogen ions(H+) are addedto surrounding water molecules(1).
Themitochondrial matrix is such highly protonated compartment fromfoodderivingexcess protonsat ATPase proton discharge sites that it must firstform hydronium cationstotransiently anchor inand physically alter as many as four surrounding metabolic water shells.
Although positively charged hydrogen ions in excessreadilytransformbulk metabolic water to hydronium-based Eigen-(H3O+)and Zundel-type(H5O2+) cationcomplexes, the vastly altered proton solvation, tunnelingand mobilitypatternsof the highly-structured matrix water shell (2) havenot been interpretedin connection withthe morphology and functionof mitochondria.
Such interpretations aretimelybecause several studies found two to four hydronium solvingwater layers that differ from bulkwater(3-6) due to the almost doubledvaluesfor hydrogen bond enthalpies(strengths)at protonated sites.
TheEigen and Zundel type structuring of matrix waterprovide new insights into the fundamental physical force behindcontinuous proton harvestingandoxygen consumptionduring metabolic water formationandits rapid recyclingfrom less protonated solvationshells by hydratases ofthe tricarboxylic acid cycle.
While previous extensive molecular-dynamics simulations have successfully been applied to determinehydrogen-bond strengthsin bulk (liquid)water, more recent simulations performed for protonated wateropennewdoorways to medicalinterpretationsof mitochondrial proton harvesting, water producing, structuringand recycling functions, where onlystructured water layers are presentas revealed byinelastic incoherent neutron scattering studies(2).
As proton tunnelingandmobilitypatterns in hydrogen-bonding water solvation shells aregreatly limited by both hydronium and deuteronsubstitutions(5, 6), these cationsreadily alter viscosity and structureof interfacial hydration shells that critically influence mitochondrial ATP synthesis, hencecellular health(7).
Thelinear correlation of hydrogen bond strengths with lengths suggests that the enthalpy (strength) of anEigen type hydrogen bond is 18.4 kJ/mol(6),as compared with only 10.6 kJ/mol in bulk water, based onRaman measurements(8,9).
Thistalk discusses proton mobility in matrix water that isintimately connectedwith the surrounding hydrogen bonding patternwith emphasis on the excessivekinetic isotope effectsof deuterium (5) for broad translational and medical interpretations.

(2003 Nobel Price on how water gets into cell)

Chemistry Nobel rewards crucial cell membrane work

Dead water is not able to enter cells, will go to kidneys and out.
To be able toenter cells good water must be alive,
    that is:

if thirsty do not drink but eat 2 apples or other fruit because water there is structured

Reverse Osmosis water is clean water (and is not dead), but do not have minerals (that are not really crucial). Vegetables are the source of minerals and little bit fruits.

migraine, asthma. knee pain, hunger-->(pinch of salt + water)
Hashimoto may be due to insuficient hydration
(Overall @Jack Kruse should like this part,
he (dr Zięba) supports drinking water (with salt)
so really it may be about deficiencies of number of minerals (my guess).
@drezy he mentions (time 13:30 and on) sickness caled: toczeń układowy, what that may be in English? (Systemic lupus ??)
    Systemic lupus----->cured via improved hydration
aha, time 15:20 talks about taking care of minerals (hello Spectracell, magnessium RBC, potassium RBC)
    trust but test to verify
so it may not be about (deluge of) more water (with pinch of (good) salt), it may be about (good) minerals.
Possibly, take care of minerals and then you can drink like Boros (do 0.25cc) (or suggests 0.75cc) (ie; very little).
But when drinking, drink water that is alive (ie; structured) (play safe, water from vegetable juices or even fruit juices is alive water (even if it have more deuterium, what else?)
(Boros may be keeping some small details to himself).

    (125 - 120ppm) desirable in the breath (time20:10)
That suggests to me that I should not drink water higher than about 50ppm or at least 66.7ppm
After drinking 66.7ppm, my test indicated

(time 21:30) Map of deuterium levels in USA waters and disease statistics are about the same correlation near 1 (one).
(I think) That suggests to me that nomads should head toward poles, not equator.

time 29:30, Fasting is beneficial from point of view of deuterium depletion providing that one have fat. He is pointing that fat that have grown while eating carbohydrates takes months to clean from deuterium.
After that keto died is a good at deuterium depletion.

    deuterium vs muscles growth
what I am missing is a discussion on visceral fat that most bodybuilders have.

    Time Stamps

    • What is deuterium and what does it do in the body? [2:26]
    • Does he think deuterium prevalence in the environment has always been at the same level or is this something that is occurring to a greater degree as a result of pollution? [6:42]
    • How does it enter the food cycle? [8:42]
    • How do our cells break down deuterium? What happens in our body with high deuterium levels? [11:50]
    • Has his center started to detect a correlation between elevations of deuterium levels in the prevalence of cancer growth? [16:50]
    • Is the general correlation with cancer increase the higher your deuterium levels go? [20:06]
    • Why all diseases benefit from deuterium depletion. [22:28]
    • Is there any negative effect from having too little deuterium? [23:44] actual (time 26:45) nothing grows below 40ppm, He (thinking of cost) suggest drinking 105 - 85ppm and food (110 -120ppm) (I think that food like that may be harder to get and eat, and volume of water that we should drink is very small anyhow, so I drink DDW-25) (Still looking for a graceful way of eating cod liver)
    • How does he feel fasting is contributing to deuterium levels? [26:39]
    • Would there be any benefit to increasing deuterium if your objective is growth? [27:28]
    • What foods would he advocate eating the most of? [30:46]
    • Is there anything else he does on a day to day basis to optimize deuterium levels? [33:15]------>> drink water only when thirsty (time 30:00)listen to his recomendation on details, how to deal with thirst.
    • Why you should listen to your body before you listen to any doctor. [35:55]
    • What is his center doing now to allow us to test our own deuterium levels? [37:38]
    • Does he feel like certain populations are more predisposed to having elevated levels of deuterium or this is a human species problem? [39:02]
    • What is his center studying right now with respect to deuterium and improving health? [41:41]
    • What sort of success rate are they seeing with someone who has cancer depleting deuterium and is actually seeing a benefit? [44:05]

Title: Dr. Laszlo Boros on Deuterium Depletion for Optimal Health
Host: Alternative Health, Guthealth Nutrition Fitness, Gut Health Gurus

Kriben Govender (Honours Degree in Food Science and Technology) has a mind-blowing conversation with Dr Laszlo Boros from The Deuterium Depletion Centre on the dangers of excess deuterium and strategies to naturally deplete deuterium from your body for optimal health. We discuss the impact of deuterium on our mitochondria, gut and microbiome. Bio: Dr Boros holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the Albert Szent-Györgyi School of Medicine, Szeged, Hungary. Dr Boros is currently a Professor of Pediatrics, Endocrinology and Metabolism at the UCLA School of Medicine, an investigator at the UCLA Clinical & Translational Science (CTSI) and the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institutes, and he is also the Chief Scientific Advisor of SiDMAP, LLC. Dr Boros studies functional biochemistry for drug testing that involves library screening, lead optimization and in vitro and in vivo phenotype profiling. The core technology involves studying natural and disease/drug-induced variations in stable non-radiating harmless isotope variations via cross-talk among metabolites in living systems with 13C-glucose as the labelling substrate. Dr Boros is the co-inventor of the targeted 13C tracer fate association study (TTFAS) platform to study deuterium as an oncoisotope and its depletion by mitochondrial matrix water exchanges to prevent oncoisotopic cell transformation by deuterium. Dr Boros trained as house staff in his medical school in gastroenterology after receiving a research training fellowship from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Dr Boros was a Visiting Scholar at the Essen School of Medicine in Germany and also worked as a Research Scientist at the Ohio State University, Department of Surgery, in the historic Zollinger-Ellison laboratory. Dr. Boros is the recipient of the C. Williams Hall Outstanding Publication Award from the Academy of Surgical Research of the United States (1997), the Richard E. Weitzman Memorial Research Award from the University of California (2001), the Excellence in Clinical Research Award from the General Clinical Research Center at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center (2004) and Public Health Impact Investigator Award of the United States Food and Drug Administration (2011). Dr Boros serves as an associate editor for the journals Metabolic Therapeutics, Pancreas and Metabolomics and member of the Presidential Subcommittee for Hungarian Science Abroad, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Section of Medical Sciences (V). Dr Boros is an Academic Editor of Medicine®, a high impact weekly periodical publishing clinical and translational research papers worldwide.

I do not know either but guessing that it is longer than that of an average bodybuilder.

I am not picking on bodybuilders.
Actually, I feel obligated toward them.
They served very well as guinea pigs in pushing the knowledge about how the human body works. And I personally and greatly benefited from their pitfalls and successes.
    Can't say that about runners.

Hydrogen-infused water: cart before the horse!

Publishing venue: Consumer News and Business Channel (CNBC)
    Link: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/09/14/tru...customers-complaining-of-a-scam-bad-debt.html

Author(s) and Title: Farr, C. Biohackers fell hard for a company selling hydrogen water, but many now say the whole thing was a scam

How It’s Depleted: Hydrogen atoms are concealed by covalent carbon bonds in nutrients in order to prevent their vehemently fervid reaction with oxygen, called the exploding gas phenomenon (1), upon joining each other to form water, practically anywhere in Nature. Molecular oxygen (O2), naturally in excess, on the other hand is carried in blood in two forms that involve 1) either partial molecular (covalent) bonds in hemoglobin or 2) a freely dissolved gaseous state. Oxygen, carried by the heme's iron bond, is consequently released to cells to enter the mitochondria and peroxisomes in order to form low deuterium metabolic water in and within the matrices of these cellular organs, exclusively; processes that serve metabolic health.

Deutenomics: Drinking artificially hydrogenated (protonated/deuterated) water deranges the body's concealment of hydrogen from its highly exposed oxygen supply, carried in blood, on one hand, while also consuming, hence wasting oxygen up before it could reach mitochondria, on the other. Hydrogenated water also introduces a highly unreliable/unpredictable/obscure source of deuterium into the circulation, just to form highly protonated and/or deuterated, therefore restructured water, while consuming oxygen up early, i. e. before it reaches the inner mitochondrial/peroxisomal compartments to form low deuterium metabolic water from natural fat sources, preferentially (1, 2). Hydrogen-infused water acts like the cart before the horse, i. e. it introduces protons into the circulation; a process contrary to the canonical order of "meeting" oxygen and hydrogen in cell compartments only with potentially ruinous effects on metabolism, deuterium depletion and health, otherwise.

It is more desirable to increase oxidative phosphorylation by increasing dissolved and hemoglobin-mediated oxygen transport by hyperbaric oxygen or ozone treatments in order to keep hydrogen concealed at all times in circulation for the sparing of oxygen for mitochondrial and peroxisomal metabolic water formation for healthier cells and life!
